Wow you deffinatley need some eye make-up. Try black eyeliner and mascara. maybe even some fake eyelashes. they do have some that look natural, although they can be kinda pricey depending on where you get them. (they can be tricky to put on). Also try some foundation to lessen the sight of blemishes.
from what I see, you are gorgeous,,, just the way you are....

Is mineral makeup really good for your skin? Why?
They won't clog your pores as much and keep your skin clear. I think b/c it allows your skin to breathe. It is much lighter than foundations, which have always made me break out. Since I started using Bare Escentuals, my face is much, much clearer--hardly any breakouts. Is mineral makeup really good for your skin? Why?
If you are talking about the mineral powders they advertise on TV save your money.
Face powder has talc in it which is a mineral. So the mineral powder they advertise on TV is actually no different than going to the store and buying face powder. Is mineral makeup really good for your skin? Why?

Do you mean Bare Minerals or GloMinerals makeup? They have more natural, mild ingredients and can actually nourish your skin. And they work very well on most skin types.

Any good ideas about how to organize makeup brushes on your dresser ?
maybe like a pencil holder or cup,
with pretty colored marbles or something in it.

What makeup colors/looks are good for this haircolor and eyecolor?
http://s168.photobucket.com/albums/u190/jazzy_dancy/?action=view%26amp;current=curly-hair-with-highlights.jpgWhat makeup colors/looks are good for this haircolor and eyecolor?
use earth tones like browns and greens, especially browns, they go really well with blue eyesWhat makeup colors/looks are good for this haircolor and eyecolor?
Colors you can find in nature. Dark greens, browns, bronze colors, and maybe even gold.
I'm guessing tan, hot pink, or a sunkist orange color
Bronzes would look the best for this....her skin and hair is very caramel like. Try some shimmering bronze eye shadow along with black mascara (that will make the eyes pop out) You wont have to do too much. A semi natural look is very beachy and fun :-)
Lime green, hot pink, and bright orange.
orangy colors will look nice
nature colors like browns and Greens
orange-ish peachy colored tones
bronze, rich browns, or gold.
Just like the picture, she has a great all natural look going. go for a warm copper, burnished gold, or rich brown eye shadow. Chocolate is an excellent shade choice for eyeliner. This should work!
Orange, red, purple, lime green, and neon yellow.
i think some lighter nuetral colors; gray, pink, pale blue
Well it depends on what color in your eyes you want to bring out.
If you want to bring out the brown flecks in your eyes, you may want to try wearing a light gold or brown, which is flattery for any skin/eye tone.
For eye makeup, i would stick to different shades of blues, especially bright blues. Greens may work too. Another thing that would work is lining the eye with black kohl pencil and then adding greyish/blueish eyeshadow underneath it. Here are a few examples:

http://hkmq.com/makeup/blue_eyes.jpg
I think blondish or sandy brown highlights would look best for that hair colour, but if you have that colour hair I don't even think you need highlights cos its such a pretty colour :-)
For your eyes, blue's and green's. It always makes light blue eyes POP. I'm don't know about the hair.

What makeup colors will look good on me!?
I have brown eyes, and olive brown skin ...............................
want more info well I have a round face small mouth! What makeup colors will look good on me!?
for eyes (dramatic) go for purple eyeliner under lash line, brown-black mascara.
for eyes (natural) go for black-brown or just brown eyeliner (applied to above lash line) and clear mascara.
{I LOVE HARD CANDY EYELINER, sephora}
for foundation you have GOT to go with bareMinerals. it is the best, safest, gentle-est foundation on EARTH. sheer cover sucks, they are copycats, and liquid goes into your skin. ask a professional at a sephora or ulta store to find one that works with your skin color.
FOR LIPS(my fave) you need pinkish lip gloss (not Barbie pink, a soft mellow pink that makes your lips look beautiful and sensual) . use BONNEBELL's kiss this gloss in flirt, tickle or smooch. available at CVS, walgreens, walmart, etc.
for eyeshadow, you should use maybelline dream mousse eyeshadow in tranquil rose.
if you wanna go expensive use estee lauder's pure color eye shadows. THEY ARE AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I REALLY HOPE THIS HELPS! GOOD LUCK %26lt;3What makeup colors will look good on me!?
I have brown eyes and olive skin too. I like to use purple-ish shades for my eyeshadow and an even darker shade for eyeliner.
Emerald shades are another alternative. A little glitter (but not too much) will pop against your skintone.
For your cheeks, accentuate your olive skin by using bronzer on your cheeckbones and temples.
you want to wear browns and lighter shades of reds, and pinks (as eye shadow, blush). for your lips you might want to stay natural or just a little bit of color. oh and try to saty away from brighter colors

Good Makeup Brands?
Hey girls I'm looking for good makeup brands for basically any type of product. I really don't care what brand as long as it's good. Price is also not an issue. If you could just compile a list of one or two of your favorites I would really appreciate it. Also, what's a good brand of brushes? Are the MAC one's good?
Thanks =]Good Makeup Brands?
MAC anything is awesome :)Good Makeup Brands?
Mac brushes are GREAT.
it blends great and the hairs never fall out.
I like Almay for their long-wearing eyeliner.
MAC has the best colors and variety of eye shadows.
Bare Minerals foundation is a great product for my combination skin.
Diorshow mascara is the best mascara ever! Lashblast mascara by Covergirl is a pretty good second best.
MAC brushes are some of the best I've used.
Miss C, I've tried many brands and settled in 7 years ago w/aularale.com/7002. It's a product line that is designed for people w/sensitive skin and everything I've used, from the face to the feet, is excellent.
As for brushes, check your local beauty supply store.
Hi Miss C, i'm a fan of mac for foundation and brushes and chanel for mascara but at the moment I can't go passed art deco for nearly everything else including foundation lately. the textures, colour intensity, blendibility is as good as mac. i only recently discovered this brand and now i'm addicted. art deco has a massive range of eyeshadow colours - more than mac. i find the best part is that i can create my own eye shadow combinations in magnetic compacts and it's not expensive. i find it frustrating having individual/loose pots. the perfumery where i buy art deco has about 70 - 100 colours to choose from, but i found even more colours today online at www.mycosmetics.com.au. seems like there is about 130 colours all up. there are different sizes of compacts too.
art deco is also great for waterproof eyeliner pencils - the best soft texture I have ever used. easy to apply. art deco under eye concealer is also as good as ysl, but much, much cheaper. going to try their mineral makeup next as i read a good write-up on it in the UK.
i think i'm hooked.
MAC is the shizzzz....Sephora has really good brush sets. Make up forever is a great brand, but the coverage is alot more heavier than most brands. MAC usually puts their brushes in a set around November (I know this is April..but an idea for closer to that time) You can choose from face, eye, and lip brush sets for around $48. Each set comes with 5 brushes and it is common to spend around that much on one brush from MAC.
bare minerals, the only one you'll ever need.
the max eyeshadows with the 3 in them don.t work they hardly show up just so you know
Shiseido:
- Hydro-Powder Eyeshadow (cream, feels like nothing on your eyes, great staying power, non-creasing)
- any mascara (truly waterproof--you can do anything to your eyes and it will still be there)
- Eyeliner Pencil/Eyeliner Pencil Duo (waterproof, can be smudged if you want smudgey eyeliner)
MAC
- eyeshadows (have a tendency to crease on me, but they make SUCH a huge range of highly-pigmented shadows and their dark greys to black are PERFECT)
- brushes (never lose their shape, never shed)
I haven't tried MAC, but Urban Decay is the ****. www.urbandecay.com
My favorites are their deluxe eyeshadows and eyeshadow primer. Their 24/7 eyeliners are great too.
If you want to more about these things, check out www.makeupalley.com . It's where I go to find out if things are any good. (Urban Decay has good ratings there.)
MAC, Urban Decay, NARS, Smashbox, Too Faced, Bourjois, Dior, Givenchy, Balmshell, Sugar Sugar... I love makeup. Just go to sephora.com!

Good makeup tips?????
at school i wanna to wear a little bit of makeup
my hair is blackish-brownish
my skin is olive
my eyes r a dark gold
thanksGood makeup tips?????
Go with a natural flawless look...always a winner..
Don't get too rainbowish..go with earthly tones and natural colors..
Less is more...eyeshadow..eyeliner..a good foundation ** Use Mineral products and lipgloss or an earthly/nude lipstick color...Good makeup tips?????
Wow, you sound pretty(=
I would suggest wearing black or dark brown eyeliner,
plum, navy, gray, gold, or brown eyeshadow,
a couple coats of black mascara,
some loose powder to cover up any pimples, redness, etc.,
and some clear or peach colored lipgloss.
However, if you want to go light on makeup, just some powder, mascara, and lipgloss will do(=
Maybelline's website has a color match quiz. It helps you find the best shades to go with your eye and skin colors. Obviously it tells you that the best products are Maybelline products, but it'll give you an idea of what shades to look for anywhere.

Mary Kay eye make-up remover - you can go online and find a rep near you. It is the best - it takes off the most stubborn mascara without all of the pulling, and it leaves your skin soft. Also if you wear contacts it does not irritate them.medium hair styles

Good makeup idea for me?
Please be exact with your answer. I have faint blue eyes, very dark brown hair, pale skin, and freckles (not too many).
What are some good makeup ideas?
I like to try new things, so feel free to be creative.Good makeup idea for me?
Well it sounds like you have a warm skintone, although you could be one of the rare cool toned people that have freckles.
So assuming that you are warm toned, warm colors would look great on your face. And gold would bring out your blue eyes and make your face glow as a highlighter (gold compliments both cool and warm tones).
Teal or purple or green eyeliner will intensify the color of your eyes. Browns and bronzes will also compliment both your eye color and your skintone.
If you are warmed toned than peach or slightly orange toned blushes will look gorge on you.
As for lips, corals, brick reds, nudes, and browns would look best :)
Other shadows that would compliment you: Purple, wines, turquoise, green, orangeGood makeup idea for me?
Use some dark greens, some grays, naturals (light to medium) maybe some blues, and maybe a gold or two for your eye shadow colors :)
Check out the Mary Kay Online Make-over to see some colors on yourself and get some application tips :)
I'm an Independent Beauty Consultant for Mary Kay, and I'm having a HUGE sale on EVERYTHING!! It's all 25-50% off!!
i would use a teal or dark blue or purple for ur eyes (purple will bring out the blue in ur eyes) and use a black eyeliner and after you use your foundation use a bronzer to make you look a little more tan
try some dark but thin purple eyeliner on your top lashline and the outer half of your lower lashline, with a pale, sheer purple dusting of eyeshadow over it, nothing above your lid tho. and black mascara

Good makeup/ accessory tips.?
Its my birthday and i'm spending time with my ex who i want to get back with. I'm wearing a black tank top with silver trim and a pair of jeans. Should i wear dark or light jeans, and what color belt// makeup// accesories should i wear? I want to look dead sexy. I have blonde hair %26amp;%26amp; brown eyes with medium skin tone.Good makeup/ accessory tips.?
I say dark pants and a really funky, colorful belt. For the belt though, try to keep it dark earth tones or neutral colors. I think anything to bright or vibrant would be distracting.
I'd go with simple makeup--some mascara, a little eyeliner along the top, and some blush and a light tinted lip-balm/gloss. Try going with the smoky eyed looked. You want to look seductive. :DGood makeup/ accessory tips.?
I was taught that the shoes, belt, and shirt were supposed to match. In your case, I would wear white jeans and black shoes. If you don't have white then go for the darker colored jeans. Wear a belt the opposite shade of your jeans (silver belt if jeans are dark. black belt if jeans are white) and shoes the same as your belt. Silver accessories and you can blend silver and black into your makeup. Black liner, silver eye shadow that blends into black in the outer corner. Normally, I'd suggest a color on your lips but just go with a simple gloss.
You should wear dark skinny jeans .. %26amp; little black pumps .. just wear natural make-up , but make sure ur eyelashes look huge .. wear a chunky silver bangle and hoop earings .. Make sure youve got on a nice perfume xx

im so confused
tell me what you do
thanks

Try Bare Minerals
Bare Minerals has bismuth and talc. That can cause clogged pores and itchy skin.
I use the Bee-Luscious foundation. it has no oils. No bismuth and no talc. It stays on for at least 15 hours and looks and feels totally natural. You can get samples from the web-site.
Clinique! they make very healthy make up. it is oil free, fragrance, free and it is that type where you can't be allergic to it and break out. i was going to recommend Bare but i see that you use it.
Hi! Oh my gosh! I cant tell you how hard it was for me to find the right products! Let me tell you this: everyone's skin is different so this may not work for you. i user bare minerals for foundation because its natural and good for your skin. My tip is that if you have acne don't use blush it can bring out the redness of the pimples on your cheeks. for the rest i use clinique. i know it may be a bit more expensive but it doesn't bother my skin at all. All makeup clogs pores though, so less is best =) i hope that helps!
first of all, you need to get rid of ur acne
I recommend the neutrugena acne stress control face wash
it works wonders actually anything from the neutrogena line
and for foundation, use something that is oil-free like the cover girl Clean Makeup line
bare essentuals!
60$ for a starter kit u can find it at any ulta
bare essentuals s the same as bare minerals
it is all powder! and it is really good for ur skin to!
I've battled with very oily skin and clogged pores for years. I have tried everything. I have yet to find anything that compares with Erno Lazlo for cleaning, foundation and moisturizing. They have a great program for cleaning and various soaps for each type of skin. They have a Shake It which is very light and protects the skin while soaking up oil and giving you light coverage. They also have a foundation, powder and some wonderful stuff called absolute finish which I use as a concealer or all over when I want more coverage. Their moisturizers ( oil free also) are the best ever. Doesn't ever break my skin out. It is high end (Princess Diane used it) and usually only one high end store in a city will carry it. You have to call around. They don't advertise. They have faithful clientel that got that way through word of mouth and trying the products. It can seem expensive, but the bars of soap etc last forever. It is best to go do the counter and let them show you what they have and match skin color. After that you can order over the internet and sometimes find good deals on ebay, especially when they change packaging or change colors or names. I love the stuff. Linda
Bare Minerals! I just switched and i LOVE it!
well all makeup companies claim they're products are hypoallergenic which means that it won't ruin your skin or clog pores. but all you have to do is wear less and to wash your face before you go to bed. i have clogged pores to but before i put any on i put on moisturizer so my skin looks better
physicians formula works pretty well.
it doesnt clog your pores.
its made from minerals. =)
Take a two-pronged approach:
1.) wash your face and moisturize every morning and night. 2.) use a water-based, oil-free foundation. Bobbi Brown is a good one, so is Bare Minerals.
YES to Bare Minerals! Best foundation ever. I'm not sure about the other products since my skin can tough anything out.. but Bare Minerals is super gentle and covers nearly every flaw with the most gorgeous, natural finish. Not too expensive either.
im allergic to every makeup out there(including clinique)
the only brand of makeup that works for me is estee lauder
except for the dailywear plus cleanser, which i have an allergic reaction to.
but estee lauder's pressed powder is amazing and comes in many shades
hope i could help
to tell the truth there is no such thing as make-up cloging pores!!! da its the oil on your face so really you can sleep with make-up and exspect no pimples so use what ever make-up just try to find it without oil i would recamend Bare Minerals foundation. no oil and complete coverage!!!!
by the way this sounds crazy but my doc told me and i trust my doc over any ad....... hope this helps!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
shaklee has REALLY good make up, they sell all knids of stuf, but i use their make up, and LOVE it!
well for foundation you should try bare minerals. its very easy and light and dosen't clog pores. and also use bare minerals for the blush.
youngblood mineral makeup..you can purchase it at any faceshop store @ the mall..it contains no alcohol, no perfumes and no other toxic ingredients (just natural ingredients)..you can actually sleep with it on and it wont harm your skin at all. =) i use it and LOVE it :P

Good makeup for multi-coloured eyes?
This is my eye--%26gt; http://i16.photobucket.com/albums/b25/baby_dee911/eyez.jpg
I have trouble finding eye shadows and liners cause there blue and brown and green. Any brands anyone suggests?Good makeup for multi-coloured eyes?
Omgosh your eyes are beautiful!
With your eye color, there are SO many things to do! It really depends on what you like-natural, dramatic, dark, light, etc.
SO, if you came and sat down in my makeup chair and wanted a natural look, I would use a light shimmery color from your lashes to your brows, then I would do your lids with a midtone brown and use a shimmery green eyeliner on top and bottom lashes. Black mascara.
Colors I suggest- (drugstore) covergirl champagne and swiss chocolate shadows, and covergirl eyeslicks cat's eye eyeliner, covergirl fantastic lash or maybelline great lash mascara.
(department store) Lancome Color Design Eyeshadown in Honeymoon and Manequin, Clinique liner in Egyptian, and Lancome mascara in Definicils.
For a dramatic look and to make your eyes pop, I would suggest a pinky nude from lashes to brows, shimmery charcoal eyeshadow on lid, and BLACK liner %26amp; mascara! Try (dept. store)- Lancome shadown in Off the Rack and Volcano, or (drug store) Covergirl shadow in mauveberry and shimmering onyx!
You can do whatever with those eyes and they would look great! I suggest the smoky eye to really make them pop!
Good Luck!
Good makeup for multi-coloured eyes?
Since your eye has blue, brown, and green, the best option would be a colour that compliments all three, such as brown. Some good brands are MAC, Urban Decay, if you want something a little less pricey Rimmel's Exaggerate eyeliner is okay.
So basically dark/contrasting colours would look great, since your light eyes would stand out.
for eyeliner I would go for a neutral color like gray.
eyeshadow could be tricky. I would honestly suggest you go to a place in the mall like Clinique and have the makeup girl help you out. You can try on the colors before you but and Clinique is a good brand.
Your eyes are technically hazel. I also have hazel eyes and I use pink and brown eyeshadows. The pink makes them pop and the brown makes them more hazely. For eyeliner, black is the best for hazel.
U have very pretty eyes!!!! there kind of like mine! I have blue and gold specks, So what I use is browns!! and vanillas and cocos those complement light blue eyes alooot!!! and it wouldnt hurt to add on some black eyeliner =D
Hope I helped
%26lt;3 Emma
I also have hazel colored eyes. I basically use maybelline black eye liner and mascara. Depending on what color I want to be predominate I use that color eye shadow.

Like a few others have stated, you pay for what you get. Now or later. Because if you buy cheap you will go through more makeup and end up spending the same anyway. You better off just spending it upfront and looking good all day.

I love MAC and Clinique
Hey, i love make up as much as any body but i think theres too many brands out there nw adays that cost a fortune that arent even that good i think mac make up is a rip off for example my favourite brands have got to be urban decay you can pull of any look with this stuff its great another favourite is too faced its great and its packaging is amazin to xx
it all depends on your skin type. different brands suit different people so there is no definite answer to this. try them out on your own.
but the general rule of thumb is that good quality usually comes with bigger price tags. there might be cheaper range cosmetics around that give good results but they can never match the higher end ones.
also, different brands champion in different brands. i'll say Dior for mascara and lip gloss, MAC for eye shadow, Shu uemura for skin care but then again, different strokes for different folks. so good luck for your cosmetics testing!
totally depends. but as previously stated before me...with make up you pay for quality. What you pay is what you get for sure. As far as foundation goes one of the best I have found is bare minerals. you can get it at ulta or online. Im sure there are other places, sometimes they have their own stores. Laura mercier has an excellent mineral line as well. Theyre usually in Nordstrom. If color and pigment is what you are looking for, MAC has its reputation for a reason. they dont advertise so its all word of mouth. Biggest make up company out there. Lancome has the best mascara. Its called hypnose. If you have sensitve skin, just stay away from thick powders and liquid foundations. MAC also has a product that seals your make up for longer wear. good luck. its all trial. finding what works for you.
Love Laura Mercier for foundations and concealers, Bobbi Brown for lips, Nars for eyes and cheeks.
Max Factor does the best bases/foundations. For colour you can't go past Revlon. But for mascara and eyeliner you can definitely get good quality without spending heaps. Maybelline and Cover Girl do good ones in varying formulas and different brush types. Do you have Priceline where you are? They stock some good brands of make-up.

well their are really good make-up brands %26amp;%26amp; really bad depending on what type of skin you have, but maybeline ny is a really good make-up brand that mostly all my friends use, clinique works, but there's other brands, MAC is a really good brand their make-up line is really good. so MAC or , maybeline ny would be my suggestion. make sure u check out sephora: www.sephora.com ( i dont think they carry MAC, or maybeline ny but most of their make-up is better or similar.)

Good Makeup Remover: Non-oily?
Hi! i need a good makeup remover that is NOT OILY and can even take off waterproof mascara and can be bought at a drugstore such as walgreens, CVS, walmart, target, etc (no chanel, clinique, etc.)
thanks!Good Makeup Remover: Non-oily?

Camomile Waterproof Eye Makeup Remover from the Body Shop.
It isn't at a drugstore, but it is definately non-oily and works very well. It's about 14.50, so it is only a few more dollars for it, but it's worth it. :D
I have never heard of a makeup remover that isn't oily, but I haven't tried much. Good luck, though.
Baby wipes hypoallergenic ones they get all the make-up off they do not burn your eyes and they are gentle on your skin.
What I use is the new clean %26amp; clear makeup dissolving facial cleansing wipes. They are oil-free :). It gets rid of oil. dirt. make up %26amp;%26amp; even waterproof mascara. I like them
johnsons%26amp;johnsons baby shampoo....

Is this a good makeup routine......?
Moisturize skin
Eyeliner
Mascara
Foundation
Concealer
Or should I change it somehow? I don't wear a ton of makeup with all the different steps and stuff, but is this a good morning routine?
Thanks guys:PIs this a good makeup routine......?
i think thats perfect :)
I think it's better to use the foundation after the eyeliner and mascara because sometimes it can fall, so using the foundation and concealer after just blends everything together more.
This is especially true if you start using eyeshadow.
i would keep the routine :)Is this a good makeup routine......?
I'd switch it up a little bit.
1.) Moisturize
2.) Foundation
3.) Concealer
4.) Eyeliner
5.) Mascara
I only wear eyeliner, mascara, and eyeshadow
1.eyeshadow
2.eyeliner
3.mascara
i usually always put my foundation and concealer on after i moisturize then my eyeliner and mascara but i guess it doesnt matter!! :)
I would put on the eyeliner after the foundation. (:
Everything else is fine tho.
kisses, jackie.
yeah but maybe after Moisturizeing skin put on Foundation+ Concealer first and then eyeliner and then mascara!
I would also curl eyelashes before mascara, put on a wash of sheer eyeshadow on the eyelid and lipgloss
try and not use foundation when you don't need it. If you can just use the moisturizer. same with the concealer.
That's what I do exceptI wear eyeshadow.

Is NYC eyeshadow good makeup? ?
i want it to stay on all day
thanks! Is NYC eyeshadow good makeup? ?
i really do not like NYC eye shadows- they have terrible staying-power and pigmentation.. i suggest looking into NYX, HIP, MAXFACTOR, or Loreal shadows- they are really great if your looking into drugstore brands.. i also suggest looking into loreal de-crease which is an eyeshadow primer thats really affordable..
if you want FANTASTIC eye shadows i suggest looking into NARS and MAC. they are more expensive but worth the price. Is NYC eyeshadow good makeup? ?
Nyc is a cheap brand like not good quality,
try NYX instend if you do decide to get nyc make sure you have an eye shaodw base like URBAN DECAY PRIMER POTION at sephora
if not no your NYC eye shdows will not last at all.
NO!
Maybe it could work for you, but I have sensitive skin and cant use really cheap over fraganced cosmetics.
NO!

Anyone know a good makeup remover???
need a makeup remover. i just started wearing makeup and i need a good makeup removerAnyone know a good makeup remover???
mary kay oil free makeup remover. it gets rid of everything- even waterproof eye makeup. just shake it up, put a little on a cotton ball, and gently wipe away. it's better than soap and water because of how easy it works- you don't have to scrub. scrubbing your eyes leads to skin irritation underneath the surface, resulting in an early on-set of wrinkles.Anyone know a good makeup remover???
Lancome eyemakeup remover is pricey but it is the best. I have sensive eyes and swear by it. Its a bit pricey, but well worth it
Nothing beats good old Pond`s deep cleanser %26amp; make-up remover. It`s cheap, works great and leaves skin feeling smooth and clean.
Ponds Cleansing Wipes, totally help w/ removing makeup like mascara and coverup, theyre so fresh and u feel super clean! hope this helps!
Vaseline is a great make up remover, also Nozema cream, baby oil, Ponds cream, or Dove soap and water
be sure to use face cleanig pads or alcohol to clean out your pores, especially if your skin is oily
I just use lotion... not only will it remove the make up but it will keep your skin soft and moisturized! Just put some lotion on and get a paper towel or something and wipe it off. That's what I do!
personally i just use johnson and johnson baby oil or even just regular oil even the store brand
its cheaper than most make up removers made just for that and works just as good
and smells good lol well the johnson and johnsons does
i hope i helped
good luck finding one!
Cold cream takes everything off, even waterproof with one little tissue off. Tissues can flake so I use a washcloth
Soap and water. Anything else will give you pimples and blackheads.
MARY KAY MAKE-UP REMOVER!!! D BEST!
I know that you may have heard this time and time again, but the best makeup remover is simply some warm water and soap, because with other products alot of the time, there are ingredients which can irritate your skin which isn't good. Stick with what you know works and with what is safe. Good Luck!
anne frenchis a good make-up remover
Here are some reviews on different ones, should be useful: http://beauty-tricks.com/index.php?optio鈥?/a>
regular soap and water is not going to work if you are using a waterproof mascara the best thing I could possibly suggest to you is baby wipes the unscented ones. Because they are great at getting mascara off without putting harmful chemicals or oils on your skin.

jc penny has sephora stuff now, but i've never gone to the jc penny sephora so i don't know how the prices compare to the actual sephora...
Everything I have used by Almay, Revlon, and L'Oreal are amazing.
Mascara: Try L'oreal Volmiuos $6
Eye Shadow: Try Revlon Colorstay $10
Lip gloss: Lol, well, actually here I'd recommened orginal Lip Smackers! Sounds kiddish but honestly nothing works better for me! $2
Bronzer: Revlon again! About $10
Almay: I love their powder makeup, they have different formulas for different skin types, so check their website for which one is right for you (all of them are about $10)
Here is the cheapest and best make-up around:
ELF (Eyes, Lips, Face).

Try target.... the makeup is pretty cheap and pretty good! Good luck!
I hate to be the one to give you the bad news. But, there is NO such thing as ';cheap'; good make-up. The reason is, ALL cheap make-up uses fillers and oils. These are VERY bad for your skin.
mascara, eyeshadow and lipgloss you can get from store brands like maybelline, loreal and covergirl.
Maybelline Great Lash - About $9
Loreal Duo Eyeshadows - About $6
any kind of Sally Hansen lip gloss products are cheap and good quality - About $4
Don't know a lot of brands of bronzers. Most bronzers are good quality and cost about $9
Find a foundation closest to your skin tone, doesn't matter what brand, just check the price. Most are about $10
Most of these can be found in Wal-Mart.
Expensive ones can be found in deparment stores[MAC, SEPHORA, CLINIQUE, CHANEL, etc etc] like Macy's. Can range from $15-40 bucks depending on what you buy!!
Foundation: Revlon colorstay Active Lite
Lip gloss: Burts Bees Lip shimmers
eye shadow: jane
I use these and they work great for me
see the reviews on www.makeupalley.com
Um, I got totally lost in all of that. But a good place to go to is Walgreens? It's decently priced, and hey, it's better than Walmart.

Is this makeup good for school?
normally when i go to school i wear lip gloss, eyeliner, and concealer but i'm going into hs and wanted to cover up the redness and the occasional pimples i get.
this is what i plan to wear:
eyeliner
mascara
lipgloss
foundation( i have sensitive skin and i need to even out my skin tone. my skin doesnt get that oily just once in awhile. should i use powder or liquid?)Is this makeup good for school?
Wow, your problem sounds exactly like mine! I'm your same age, I feel exactly like you, wanting to wear foundation.
I have kind of oily, acne prone skin, so I use Physician's Formula Mineral Wear liquid foundation. It's sheer enough to not cover up your good marks, like freckles or 'beauty marks'. Plus, its non-comodegenic (doesn't clog pores) and is oil free (won't make your face look oily). I finish it off with Physician's Formula Mineral Wear pressed powder to keep my face looking fresh all day.
Almay is also good face makeup, its all oil free and non-comodogenic, I just find Physician's Formula to be a little better quality.
I like liquid because powder can look streaky if you sweat and comes off more easily. Powder also makes me feel like I'm wearing a mask, and liquid is just easier to put on in my opinion.
As for the other makeup, I wear Covergirl LineExact liquid liner or Covergirl Outlast Smoothers pencil liner if I want to look more toned down.
For mascara, I wear Covergirl VolumeExact mascara. It's the best mascara I've ever used (so far).
Don't listen to people who say you shouldn't wear makeup, if you like it, if it makes you feel happy and confident, then wear it!Is this makeup good for school?
i'd suggest a liguid foundation that is oil free and then a light powder for any shine. other than that your list looks fine... but if you want the natural look you can get a bit darker eyeshadow or wear none at all. don't wear tons of eyeliner because it'll look better with less. just the bottom a bit on the lashline and just dot it. good luck!!!
lipgloss and a little eyeliner and a neutral eyeshadow is fine for everyday, but be careful with the concealer because it can clog up your poresmedium hair styles

I need a good makeup case!?
Why I hate my current case:
It's cluttered, broken zipper, and my foundation gets it all powdery.
I'm not fond of those clear plastic cases, at all.
I'd like something with sections. A place for my foundation, brushes, ect.
Is there anything like that at all? Help!I need a good makeup case!?
Target has awesome ones to choose from.

It's fine. Actually if you want to try really good makeup, you can use what I use. I went to a Mary Kay party 3 years ago because one of my family members had started a business, so I figured I'd support her..I went, tried the product and signed up for my own business right on the spot! ever since then I've been using and selling Mary Kay. We have now switched to mineral makeup, which feels GREAT! The lipglosses are great too. When I started, they always left my lips dry, but last year, they launched the nourishine lipglosses and I'm ADDICTED! If you want to, you can try the colors through our virtual makeover. If you like the look you create, you can purchase it right then and there and you'll have it the next morning! Shipping is always free no matter how little you spend. Get your free makeover here! http://www.marykay.com/tdavis75721/whats鈥?/a> I'd love to get your opinion on the colors..Enjoy!Is this a good makeup routine for a..........?

Then use a big powder brush for the powder foundation.
.... the rest is good. Oh Mascara last.
ok ur only in 8th grade u dont need to use soo much makeup, and dont use powder foudation. i see people wearing that even when their older and they look horrible, its too much. put lipgloss and maybe a little eyeshadow and mascara one in a while and thats enough.

You look way too done up for the first day! Tone it down a bit.
You look older than a freshman...Is this good hair and makeup for the first day of high school (pics)?
I think the eyes are too dark for your pale skin and that the hair is too dramatic
u look liek u did too muchh....it doesnt look like ur goin to high school....it looks like ur goin to a party...not trying to be mean...
yeah i like your hair it looks like it is naturally curly.
Very cute. Hair is great!
I am pale like you are and I would just suggest throwing on some powdered bronzer with some pale blush.
Good luck!
is beatiful you hair
very beautiful What about you clothes.
Honestly, your hair looks too done-up for a school day. That is more of a night-time look. Try natural waves by scrunching wet hair and putting in a curling cream. =)
Very pretty... however. I would run my hands through the curls a little. Loosen them up and 'chill' the whole look out a little. It looks a bit 'done'. You want to pull of the casual yet pretty look! x
You look pretty, but don't need mascara or eyeliner, your eyes are really big! idk about too done up, but i think ur hair looks great!
yeah it looks fine to me (i'm a sophomore) but please don't obsess b/c it's no big deal. But it looks great
No, I like it. Especially the hair.
love how natural the make up looks and your hair is goooorgeeous.

Is face powder any good??....I'm not very good with makeup!?
I have quite a few blemishes on my face, which I cover up every day with a liquid foundation, followed by dream matte mousse over the top.
I was thinking of buying some face powder to wear over the top of this, cause apparantely it sets the foundation.
If I wore powder over the top would it give a more flawless effect and cover the spots up better? Is face powder any good??....I'm not very good with makeup!?
Wow, that's a lot. You might want to think about easing up on all your makeup and just go with one really good foundation. You'll be spending the same amount of money (if not less) than you would buying all that stuff. Particularly with L'Oreal, liquids and mouses really clog your pores. If you really want a good flawless face, there are three steps to follow. Prime, color, and set. I'll go through these steps and give you my favorite line for these steps that I use, Pur Minerals. The benefits to using mineral makeup is that you are actually using something that is good for you skin, rather than something that is terrible for you skin that only adds to the problems you are trying to cover up. You can even sleep with mineral makeup on (although you should wash it off so you can moisturize at night). Here's the steps you need to do in order to achieve a flawless face.
Prime:
You need to use a primer if you want to have that smooth skin, especially if you said you have blemishes. A primer is a liquid that you apply all over your face after your moisturizer and before your foundation to make sure that you are putting a protective layer between your makeup and skin and making it so your makeup will stay on all day, and with higher pigments so that you will use less makeup. There are two Pur primers. If you have redness in your skin, use the green primer, if you have dull skin, use the peach. Here's the link to see these primers:
http://www.purminerals.com/Foundation-Fa鈥?/a>
http://www.purminerals.com/Foundation-Fa鈥?/a>
Color:
Now you're ready for foundation. Pur is a compact mineral powder that gives great coverage (espeically when used with a primer) and will be your concealer and you foundation. You take your foundation compact and your bristle brush (both come in a kit together), tap your brush on your makeup to loosen up the foundation, pick the color up on your brush, swirl your brush around in the clear top of the compact and buff onto your face. You'll be amazed at the coverage that you are getting. Watch some of the videos online to see the coverage and the technique. It's really great. Then you take your concealer brush (you can get on easily if you don't have one) and swipe underneath your eyes for concealer. Here's the foundation from Pur:
http://www.purminerals.com/4-in-1-Presse鈥?/a>
Set:
Using a setting powder will give you a glow and make sure that your makeup stays on all day. I use the radiance powder. You just dust it lightly all over your face. Now if you get the starter kit, you'll be getting your brush, foundation, bronzer and blush, but they are a starter kit and aren't the full size (my founation still lasted me two months though!). If you like the blush and bronzer there is a set of those two with the radiance powder all in full size. Here's the link to the radiance powder and the set of three:
http://www.purminerals.com/Pur-Radiance-鈥?/a>
http://www.purminerals.com/Live-Love-Lau鈥?/a>
If you get the starter kit, you'll have everything put a primer and finishing powder. Heres the starter kit:

See if there's a makeup store in your area where you can go and have them put it on you. It's good to test it out. But I really recommend this makeup. I've been using it for a long time now, and I will never go back to liquid or cream. Give it a shot. Here's some pictures of me wearing my makeup (hope they work) so you can see the coverage.

Good luck!Is face powder any good??....I'm not very good with makeup!?
I always use a pressed powder as I find it less powdery and more natural, I also find it sets the foundation better and of course you can take it out in your handbag and use it to pat away any shine you get during the day! I use the Elizabeth Arden Flawless finish pressed powder. It comes in a lovely compact with a mirror and applicator. It is usually about 拢20 but you can get it for less than 拢10 from www.beautyparlor.co.uk and it also lasts for months! Highly recommended.
For one thing i dont think that wearing a foundation and then putting another foundation on top is helping your spots at all!
anyways stick to the liquid foundation and i use mineral powder (loose) and i lightly dab some on my face using a powder brush.
and no just coz u wear powder it will not give you a more flawless look... as it will stick to teh spots and make them appear bigger. but as i sed i think use 1 foundation any mineral powder you can find and dab it on.... this will make your skin better and will stay on.
Honey if you use all that on your face you will have even more problems.Sorry but this is a really cakey look you are descibing less is more so they say keep it simple identify your skin type and only use products that are right for you.Allow yourself to go makeup free one day a week to give your skin a break form all that gunk.Maybe stick to powder only you sound like you have oily skin if you have spots, the powder may help to dry out your skin a bit, use a good anti blemish face wash too.
I love the mineral make-up powder. I just use a green tinted concealer to even out my red spots then use the powder on top, and it covers up most of my blemishes. Plus its really light and not as bad for your skin as liquid foundation. I use a regular blush brush and it works fine.
i like to loreal products... try it... and maybelline also.
it's better to use brush when applying the powder for finish.
before you apply any make-up... put some moisturizer first to even your skin and also for even application of make up.it will provide smooth skin and free of blemishes. don't forget the concealer under your eyes.just tap with your fingers.
that's all
=)
i personaly dont like face powder as it tends to wear off easily. Also if you have dry skin, spots ect.. it makes them stand out more and makes dry skin worse. i Think though if you wa slooking to by a face powder a face mineral one would be best.
it should do and a brush is a good idea,i often use face powder at the age of 55 if i wear foundation it seems to magnify my wrinkles and i have found that a good face powder is better for me.
Yes I would recommend loose mineral powder.
Hides everything and is good for your skin %26amp; comes with a brush.
You could get them at any drug store for about 20$
hope this helps!
i use dream matte powder and its really good. it comes with a pad thing to apply it with.
I don't know. What if it rains?

I use a regular blush brush and it works fine.
i like to loreal products... try it... and maybelline also.

youtube xteeenr, i love her make up. honestly, my mom showed me only the very basic stuff so i just bought eyeshadows that i liked and learned how to make looks for myself. i would buy a new tool (such as a brush or sponge) or color every week, or concealer, or powder, or foundation, and experiment until i was good at it.
for certain items, like concealer, powder, foundation, and eyeliner, which were so hard for me to master, i bought the cheapest stuff i could find so that i could wash it off and try again without breaking my bank. when i got good at applying it I invested in expensive, high quality items.
another thing i do is i buy magazines that have cover stories about new looks, they explain how to do them.

What makeup would look good on me?
i have dirty blonde hair and brown eyes. any good eyeshadow colors? any good makeup brands? thanks! What makeup would look good on me?
Try a neutral make up if you don't wear much make up-such as:
http://media.redgaloshes.com/sq/273/0105鈥?/a>
If you want something a but more noticeable try some thing like:
http://skinbeautifulblog.files.wordpress鈥?/a>
Also, you could wear blues, greens and turquoise colours as these will make your eyes stand out, Mac, Barry M and other brands. You could try a dramatic look like:
http://i306.photobucket.com/albums/nn255鈥?/a>
http://unadorned.org/images/dandruff/mak鈥?/a>
http://media.photobucket.com/image/scene鈥?/a>
Ive always found the best thing to do is experiment with products, techniques, styles, colours to see what works best with me, and when i like it, i work with that
All the best xxxWhat makeup would look good on me?
Big fan of mineral makeup. Avon has a super line of makeup and check out the ';in a wink'; eyeshadow. It is the bomb, especially if your not familiar with blending techniques. Love it. With blonde/brown combo you will do best with lighter green and peaches rather than pinks. Avon is always your better pricing.
If you have big eyes, eyeliner all around works to make them smaller. If you have small eyes, however, just put eyeliner on the outsides.
Natural colours like light browns and creamy colours. If not then a light pink would look good. Any brand will do. I like Rimmel :)
from light to dark blue eye shadows. lancome, estee lauder ysl is the best
i think penny from ulta would be nice

i have light brown hair, fair skin, and blue eyes, and i was just wondering what makeup would look good on me.What makeup would look good for me?
Mary Kay carries a very good line of make - up and i' d try thatWhat makeup would look good for me?
For fair skin during the daytime a lighter more natural look such as some mineral makeup and a peach blush for the face. A little mascara and a yummy flavored lipgloss. For night I would go for the black eyeliner and line both top and bottom lid. Do 2 layers of black mascara to make those blue eyes pop. Put some peachey vanilla colored eyeshawdow on your top lid and in the crease a beigh colored eyeshodow. Under neath the brow put alittle bit of highlighter and of course a neutral lipstick(don;t want dramatic eyes and dramatic mouth) and lots of lipgloss over. have fun!
darker colors i would say. like brown eyeshadow and black mascara. darker blush. and you should also use very dark brown eyeliner. [[maybe black eyeliner.[[
good luck. =]].

Whats a good makeup line? MAC? Clinique? Lancome? and WHY?
Clinique, because it's mostly natural products.Whats a good makeup line? MAC? Clinique? Lancome? and WHY?
I work for Estee Lauder, and they own both Clinique and MAC makeup. I personally like Mary Kay when it comes to facial care. They are 100% frangrance free and extremely gentle. I have very sensitive skin and this is vital to me. When it comes to makeup like eyeshadows, liners, etc. I prefer MAC. The colors go on smooth and bold. It might be a little hard for beginners at first, but they also carry a lot of neutral colors to start out on. Their makeup lasts all day with no need to reapply. Estee Lauder also has really nice skin care, but if you have acne-prone skin you need to be careful. Mary Kay and Clinique are excellent for people who are prone to breakouts. While Estee Lauder and Mary Kay have items great for dry skin. The best moisturizer I've seen so far for extremely dry skin is from Mary Kay. It comes in a pink jar and is very thick without being greasy. Lancome can be a nice product, but the problem is their price. They have good products, but tend to overcharge. The best thing to do if you have little pocket money is to find Estee Lauder or Lancome outlets. Estee Lauder's is called The Cosmetics Company Store, and Lancome's is The Company Store. That way you know you are getting good, fresh product, unlike sometimes with eBay.Whats a good makeup line? MAC? Clinique? Lancome? and WHY?
I swear by Clinique. I am allergic to everything and my dermatologist recommended it to me years ago. I've used it ever since and never had any problems.
MAC or Dior. They are jut sooo nice and good quality and feels good on your face!!! If you want something cheaper then Max Factor or Almay because they also feel good and are less money!
I think Mary Kay is the best product because it works on all levels.
The skincare works on rebuilding and renewing the skin from the inside out and helps prevent blemishes at the same time. It also protects, moisturizes
for up to ten hours and protects you from the suns damaging rays.
Foundation soaks up excess oil so zits go away. Doesn't clog pores. The cleanser has microbeads which gently slough off dead skin cells revealing glowing new skin. Eye shadows don't crease and face makup stays on all day. All in all a flawless finish.
If you would like to visit my website and see some of these products please email me at saintshar@hotmail.com and I'll give you the web address.
Hope this helps.

MAC for huge variety of items and shades. MAC eyeshadows do not generally last long on oily eyelids. I like MAC for their blushers. Dior is a better choice for eyeshadows. Go for Chanel for your foundation
I used to wear Estee Lauder and really liked it, but because it was a heavy foundation it would clog my pores. A couple years ago I started using Bare Escentuals/Minerals and I absolutely love it. I never break out, I can sleep in it, my skin looks and feels great and the makeup looks AWESOME!!!
Try it!!!
Ive tried clinique, lancome, smashbox, chanel, you name it. it depends on what kind of makeup you're referring to, or just in general, but for foundation, i personally like Aveda, which uses organic ingredients. i am definately not ';crunchy,'; but it's nice to know i'm not putting lard or something on my face.
oh, and mac has some amazing eyeshadows.
I love Mary Kay. It makes my skin glow and feel very soft.
I personally like MAC, because the professionals there are very helpful and they always assist me in finding the right type of makeup.
mac because the colors are better and it show more and makes u glow
all are good, you have to find which one is good for your skin.
clinique..100% fragrance free.
it depends on what look your looking for.
if your an expert in makeup than you would do well to go out and get some mac- the shadows are highly pigmented and are a nice quality and a pretty nice price for the quality. i wouldnt suggest this for a beginner though, highly pigmented things can be tricky to apply properly. if your a beginner to this whole makeup thing than i would suggest clinique. the products there are fairly natural shades and are easier to apply- which is a good combo for a person whos just starting makeup. another thing about clinique is that almost every product there is is hypoallergenic and good for sensitive skin. i dont know as much about lancome, but it is another good brand if you want lots of color and lots of pigment.
Oh my - let me tell you - I started using Bare Escentuals in January and have almost the entire collection now! I LOVE IT! You can start out with the starter kit, you get two foundations - you usually have to mix them a bit to get the right color - its so simple! You get Warmth - which looks dark but it isn't - it just adds a natural sunlight look to you. You get Mineral Veil - it perfects your look and gives you that smooth finish : )
You get three brushes - the brushes are unlike any other - don't try any imitations - the B.E. brushes are wonderful! You usually get a starter DVD also - you will watch it the first couple times you put it on - I remember I panicked and thought Id never remember the order to put it on : )
I put mine on a little heavier than the DVD suggests - it works well for me.
They are on QVC all the time, so check QVC for great deals : )
I have almost all of my friends and co-workers wearing B.E. now - we are addicted : )
I think my favorite would be the Well Rested for your eyes - no matter how tired you are - you put that around your eyes and you look...well...well rested!
Oh - and the Bisque - it covers trouble spots - liver spots - blemishes - dark circles and other things : )
It DOESN'T come off when you sweat - its safe to sleep in!
I cant say enough about this make up - try it - you will LOVE it!
Oh - and don't panic - your face might feel a little dry the first 3 - 4 days that you use it - but it will go away!
Hope this helps -

My favorite for eye shadow and blush ONLY, is the Amway line (yes, i'm serious) called Aristry. The blush stays on! And so does the eye shadow. Nothing else comes anywhere close. I don't like the rest of their makeup but the powdered products are the BEST.

Is this Good Makeup for High School ??
I going to be a freshman on Monday
Im wearing eyeliner on my top.
Should I wear more ? Suggestions ?
http://s197.photobucket.com/albums/aa278鈥?/a>Is this Good Makeup for High School ??
Yeah, that's fine.
Makeup for high school is very casual and it doesn't matter what you wear, some people don't wear any, some people pack it on.
You look like you would take makeup well, so you could even apply some eyeliner to the bottom portion of your eye if you really wanted to. Other than that.. I would say some mascara would be a nice touch, but what you have is definitely OK.Is this Good Makeup for High School ??
Hey! I'm a freshman this year too! lol, well, i like to wear mascara..it looks like you are in that picture, if you aren't, you have pretty eyelashes, if you are then i was right! Hahaha, kay well.. go to dailymakeover.com for beauty tips..and u should sweep some natural shadow on..add some black volumizing mascara, and some pencil eyeliner (black) on the bottom
good luck at HS (wish me luck too! lol) and hope i helped :)
Gorgeous. I think all you need is a swipe of lip gloss, One with a little tint of pink if you like. I don't think mascara is a must for you, but if you're feeling to be a little flirty one day, go for it! Very fresh and natural. Less is more =)
Clear mascara, maybe? As a 14 year old, you really shouldn't be over doing the make up. You probably don't even need the eyeliner. You seem to have a fresh face, so I don't see why you really even need any makeup.
You could probably pull off a little more on the eyeliner.
Mascara would be a plus.
You can also use some eyeshadow. I've found its a good idea to put a tiny bit of eyeshadow below the eye also.
Hope I helped!
I was a freshmen last year and i wore a lot lot lot lot llot more makeup then that, but thatsbecause i needed it
your pretty so i sugest maybe some liner on thebottom of your eyes
some mascara
and if you want a little blush
if u ask me i like it. it looks really fun and natural and that's good because a lot of high school people like to put a lot of makeup on and they think it looks good but it really doesn't. -*P
well I wear heavy eyeliner on the top and a little at the bottom corners and mascara.
but you should deffinetely wear mascara!
i think you should put on a little bit of mascara(i suggest maybelline XXL) and some black eyeliner on the bottom of your eye. no eye shadow and your set!
wear some eyeliner on the bottom of your eye and some mascera
also wear a little foundation
eyeshadow is cool sometimes
ur pretty:)
have fun! (i realy like puttin on makeup, its like art. lol)
Hmm...You're very pretty! I think you could use a little eyeliner on the bottom lid, and maybe some dark blue mascara. :-)
Good luck in highschool!
Wearr more!
Blush,
Silver,gray eyeshadow
eyelinerr
and more mascara!
You look great. Add a titch of mascara and a swipe of gloss. and a smile :) you look fab
im gonna be a freshgirl on monday too :P yay!
yeah thats just about what i wear.
try putting some eyeliner on the bottom and maybe some eye shadow
i think that looks really good,
but i would wear mascara with it :)
i think a little more, i couldnt even tell you were wearing anything
it looks pretty. maybe clear lipgloss too or a light eyeshadow.
try wearing a little blush
yup...looks great
maybe you should put some mascara
it looks creepy if you wear it on top and not bottommedium hair styles

http://s197.photobucket.com/albums/aa278鈥?/a>Is this Good Makeup for High School ??

whats a good makeup brand? for foundation. not oily. something that last the whole day looks heathy and natural covers flaws? ladys please helpWhats a good makeup??
physician's formula.
and l'oreal's take on mineral concealorsWhats a good makeup??
Almy makes a very nice mineral foundation
they have it in powder as well as liquid form
It cover acne and flaws but it looks like you dont even have make up on! I love it. Its light and I always get complemented on my skin.
I have honestly tried them ALL, but I keep going back to Revlon ColorStay . It will.Not. Budge. all day, AND it covers a multitude of sins! It's the highest quality foundation you could want, for only about 8 or 9 dollars.
Well, it depends on how much you want to spend. M.A.C is killer...the powder is great it works just as good as foundation in my opinion. Chanel's powders are good, I've used them. If you don't want to spend too much, CoverGirl is pretty good.
I love Neutrogena Mineral Sheers Powder Foundation. I am not a big fan of liquid foundation. I use a large makeup brush to apply all over my face. It covers very well and it is soft and very light feeling.
Good luck!

What kind of face makeup would be good for my skin im 40 years old?
I've been using bare minerals ,but i dont recommend it. its got bismuth in it %26amp; makes all those claims. Plus you only get a little bit of some of some stuff.
If u are gona join a 'club' go with sheer cover, but you don thave to join a club to get minerals.
I like smokeymountain minerals, they're smoother %26amp; not as dry ( really really moisturize with bare minerals - even extra!).
%26amp; mary kay, even avon %26amp; hsn. serious skin care. get a consult with somebody. What kind of face makeup would be good for my skin im 40 years old?
Depends what kind of skin you have - dry, oily, combination. What kind of coverage are you looking for? Are you looking for an anti-aging or lifting and firming formulation? Looking for something to give your skin a more illuminated look? So many questions, I cannot provide a good answer. Try checking out this clinique page http://www.clinique.com/templates/produc鈥?/a> and seeing what is out there. What kind of face makeup would be good for my skin im 40 years old?
Makeup--regardless of age--depends on your skin texture.
- If you have age spots or sun spots then I would suggest Dermablend
- You should try Bare Escentuals (it has a more matte finish)
- I would stay with more neutral shades of eye shadow and avoid glitter
- Try a foundation that has anti-aging products as well as coverage
The overall look I would go for would be good skin, simple eye makeup and a lip color that is flattering. Too much make up might seem like you're trying too hard to look young.
Bare Minerals is great for women in their 40's and above. It smooths out the surface of the skin and has SPF in it along with vitamins and botanicals.
Here's the website http://www.bareminerals.com
I'm 49 years old (and blessed by good genes, thanks mom and grandma, so I look like I'm in my 30's) and I use Bare Escentuals only. I started using BE two years ago, and I will never use anything else. It's the only make-up I've tried (and I've tried alot) that actually delivers on it's promises. I've got oily skin and when I wear BE I do not have a problem with oil. And its so nice to have my skin feel like I'm not wearing any makeup, instead of glopping on liquid foundation that does little to control oil (even ones that say they do) and having it literally melt off during the day. BE lasts all day and you will look as good at the end of the day as you did when you started out. So it's BE for me all the way. I use their entire line, from mascara to lipstick. Nothing touches my face if it's not made by BE.
Light products and natrual colours, (if any atall) a tinted moisturiser gives a light coverage (Benefit does a good one)
Prehaps a light coloured eye shaddow in any colour from a cream, or gold to a light grey
Maybe finnish of with a bit of mascarra!
a face lift... and some wrinkle remover...
I'm 38. I use the Bare Minerals. I really like it.

Makeup Tips for Eyes, Lips and Face
When I hit my 30's, I decided to get more serious about skin care and makeup. I've become a regular at Department Store 'Bonus Days', when you buy an item and get a bunch of samples for free! Cosmetics and makeup can be fun, easy and inexpensive if you follow these tips!
http://www.facenbodycare.com/Makeup_Tips鈥?/a>
Use Bee-Luscious Foundation. It don't have any bismuth, talc, oils or any other filler so it is better for your skin than any of those other brands. You also don't have to join some stupid club or sign up for anything.

Use MAC Cosmetics. They have mineral foundation which helps the skin then regular foundation. Also ask for the ';MAC primer';, that helps spread the makeup easier. go to maccosmetics.com =]

Would it be a good idea to put on makeup before I go on bus to travel to a state far from where I live?
Because my mom told me to bring makeup but I do not know when I should wear it while travelingWould it be a good idea to put on makeup before I go on bus to travel to a state far from where I live?
I wouldn't wear it on the bus trip. I've heard horror stories from friends who got hit on while they were sleeping. So the plainer you look the better, don't look nice on a Greyhound trip, you just want to blend in.

What is a good MAC pigment for a first time user? (makeup)?
i am starting a mac collection and want to buy a pigment. any suggestions as to what color? thanks so much in advance! What is a good MAC pigment for a first time user? (makeup)?
If it's going on your face, then surely you would be the better judge than a bunch of people who have never seen you? What is a good MAC pigment for a first time user? (makeup)?
It depends what you want to do with your pigment.
My favorite neutral pigment is ';Naked';. It's a gorgeous neutral, beige-ish-gold, AMAZING color. Depending on your skin tone you could use it on your cheeks as a high lighter. I love using it on my eyes for a wash of color! It's amaazing!
Another great choice is vanilla, but to be blunt, I find it quite plain. Yes, you could use it as a highlighter but it is basically white and not that interesting.
My choice would be ';Naked';!
i would start with a neutral, that is multipurposeful.
my suggestion is vanilla, because you can use it as an eyeshadow, browbone highlight and a cheekbone highlight.
my favorite pigment is melon because it looks pretty as blush, eyeshadow and even mixing it with lipgloss.
MAC Vanilla Pigment. You can use it for everything like shimmer on the lips. You can mix it into other products like MAC's Fix + You can use it as a highlight on your face or eyes. You can use it as eyeshadow too. It's a great investment, although it's a bit messy.
my first mac pigment was the ';MILK'; pigment from the hello kitty collection,, its a frosty purple and silver but it works on every outfit mostly and as an everyday weaar... just do it lightly..
hope it helps!
I'm personally a really big fan of the Tan colour. It's a great staple shade that can be worn beautifully alone or with another pigment as well.
vanilla or melon !
they are both colors that are
very versatile :D
never used it
