I think the eyes are too dark for your pale skin and that the hair is too dramatic

I am pale like you are and I would just suggest throwing on some powdered bronzer with some pale blush.

Honestly, your hair looks too done-up for a school day. That is more of a night-time look. Try natural waves by scrunching wet hair and putting in a curling cream. =)
Very pretty... however. I would run my hands through the curls a little. Loosen them up and 'chill' the whole look out a little. It looks a bit 'done'. You want to pull of the casual yet pretty look! x
