Good makeup routine? ?

hey i just bought toner and im not sure when and how to apply it


so what i think i have to do is


wash my face with face wash


apply toner with those pad things


(do i have to wash off the toner)?


than put on face cream


so bascially my question is


can i put on toner, not wash it off and than put on cream or do i first havet o wash it off before cream


im so confused
