If it's going on your face, then surely you would be the better judge than a bunch of people who have never seen you? What is a good MAC pigment for a first time user? (makeup)?
It depends what you want to do with your pigment.

My favorite neutral pigment is ';Naked';. It's a gorgeous neutral, beige-ish-gold, AMAZING color. Depending on your skin tone you could use it on your cheeks as a high lighter. I love using it on my eyes for a wash of color! It's amaazing!

Another great choice is vanilla, but to be blunt, I find it quite plain. Yes, you could use it as a highlighter but it is basically white and not that interesting.

My choice would be ';Naked';!
i would start with a neutral, that is multipurposeful.

my suggestion is vanilla, because you can use it as an eyeshadow, browbone highlight and a cheekbone highlight.

my favorite pigment is melon because it looks pretty as blush, eyeshadow and even mixing it with lipgloss.
MAC Vanilla Pigment. You can use it for everything like shimmer on the lips. You can mix it into other products like MAC's Fix + You can use it as a highlight on your face or eyes. You can use it as eyeshadow too. It's a great investment, although it's a bit messy.
my first mac pigment was the ';MILK'; pigment from the hello kitty collection,, its a frosty purple and silver but it works on every outfit mostly and as an everyday weaar... just do it lightly..

hope it helps!
I'm personally a really big fan of the Tan colour. It's a great staple shade that can be worn beautifully alone or with another pigment as well.
vanilla or melon !

they are both colors that are

very versatile :D
never used it
