Ive always found the best thing to do is experiment with products, techniques, styles, colours to see what works best with me, and when i like it, i work with that

Big fan of mineral makeup. Avon has a super line of makeup and check out the ';in a wink'; eyeshadow. It is the bomb, especially if your not familiar with blending techniques. Love it. With blonde/brown combo you will do best with lighter green and peaches rather than pinks. Avon is always your better pricing.
If you have big eyes, eyeliner all around works to make them smaller. If you have small eyes, however, just put eyeliner on the outsides.
Natural colours like light browns and creamy colours. If not then a light pink would look good. Any brand will do. I like Rimmel :)
