I don't think you should use foundation on an everyday basis, but Covergirl matches every skin tone, so I highly recommend it. $5

jc penny has sephora stuff now, but i've never gone to the jc penny sephora so i don't know how the prices compare to the actual sephora...
Everything I have used by Almay, Revlon, and L'Oreal are amazing.


Mascara: Try L'oreal Volmiuos $6


Eye Shadow: Try Revlon Colorstay $10


Lip gloss: Lol, well, actually here I'd recommened orginal Lip Smackers! Sounds kiddish but honestly nothing works better for me! $2


Bronzer: Revlon again! About $10


Almay: I love their powder makeup, they have different formulas for different skin types, so check their website for which one is right for you (all of them are about $10)

I hate to be the one to give you the bad news. But, there is NO such thing as ';cheap'; good make-up. The reason is, ALL cheap make-up uses fillers and oils. These are VERY bad for your skin.

any kind of Sally Hansen lip gloss products are cheap and good quality - About $4





Don't know a lot of brands of bronzers. Most bronzers are good quality and cost about $9





Find a foundation closest to your skin tone, doesn't matter what brand, just check the price. Most are about $10





Most of these can be found in Wal-Mart.





Expensive ones can be found in deparment stores[MAC, SEPHORA, CLINIQUE, CHANEL, etc etc] like Macy's. Can range from $15-40 bucks depending on what you buy!!
