1) rate them from 1-10.
2) are they expensive brands??
3)do you buy their makeup? why?
4) what other make up do u recomend? Is Lancom, and Estee Lauder good makeup??
1-Lancome 6 and Estee Lauder 5
2-Their products are pretty expensive but last a long time
3-I don't like their makeup products but they have some of the best skincare around
4-My favorite brands are Clinique which is a part of Estee Lauder but a lot cheaper and better in my opinion. The brands I usually purchase are Benefit, Smashnox, Bare Escentuals, Philosophy, Lorac, Stila, Nars and MAC.Is Lancom, and Estee Lauder good makeup??
yea they're kinda expensive. but good products! go to ulta.com and look at the two-faced makeup! they're good and that website too!! good luck! =] merry xmas!
1)lancome-9 estee lauder-8
2)yes both are expensive, MAC and Estee Lauder are the same company so MAC would be a less expensive make-up
3)I sometimes buy Lancome, love their eyeshadows and liners and lipglosses are the best!! The ones with the brush on application as opposed to the sponge and tickled pink is a great color that works on everyone(a bit gooey though)
4) MAC and benefit
they're all of the above. but i would recommend MAC over all of them.
More importantly are they safe brands? Recent news articles have hi-lighted the fact that many makeup companies put toxic ingredients into their stuff (including mercury).
See site below to look up your company of interest.

What is a good mineral makeup for acne prone skin?
I love Bare Essentials. The powder is so light and it really covers well! I use it every day and I don't feel like I am wearing anything on my face! I am a huge fan! What is a good mineral makeup for acne prone skin?
bare minerals.its all natural. What is a good mineral makeup for acne prone skin?
bare essencials, I use maybellene everything and the powder is really nice and light!
I like christina cosmetics at www.christinacosmetics.com
She developed it because she had skin problems herself.
http://www.healthandbeautyinfo.com
Everyday Minerals works really good. Bare made me itch! plus its cheaper and you can get free samples.
Bare Essentials Mineral Make Up. Sephora sells it cheaper than the brands own website.
Bare essentials is the best when it comes to that
I agree Bare Minierals is the way to go ;0)
It may seem a bit expensive, but it really lasts a long time. A little goes a long way and it really makes a difference in your complexion. I used to break out all the time until I started using it. I find that if you buy the starter kit that comes with all of the brushes it is less expensive and you get different items to try. This is the way to get started and see if you like the products. Also they sell it on QVC.
Everyday Minerals is great! In my opinion, it better than BE, and much cheaper. The customer service is great too! You can buy a starter kit with 2 foundations, 1 blush, 1 concealer, and 1 finishing dust (mineral veil), plus a free brush....all for only $28! and they don't gouge you on shipping.
glo minerals is excellent they even advise u to sleep with it on its that good for your skin
Bare Escentuals is good for acne skin. It gives good coverage and less oily.
Physician's Formula: Mineral Wear
drink plenty of milk and keep your face cold

Go to MAC, it's the best and I don't think its that expensive. You can go to the drugstore and get the essentials for cheap like eyeliner(wet n wild makes a good one and its REALLY cheap) and Mascara (get Great Lash by Maybelline).
There are a million in the Toronto area, the nicest one I think is on Queens street. Check it out.I'm looking for were is the best place too by for good makeup?
Maybe, you could try Ulta. They have a good return policy and they offer coupons and they have sales too. It wouldn't hurt to try it. (They can be pricey too.)
Well you cant really get make-up cheak unless you buy the CVS and Walgreen brands, but Ulta has great prices!

I don't want to get skin cancer but I am really pale and I need some color. What is a good, natural looking brand of bronzer? Also, how dark do I get it so that it doesn't look stupid?

www.rnamedia.com sucks, they make you take surveys %26amp; place minimum orders, all to get the supposedly ';free'; stuff; your inbox will be full of spam. try www.teenfreeway.com, www.walmart.com., or the manufacturers' websites for really free samples.

What kind colors/makeup would go good with hazel eyes...?
what kind of makeup/colors would look good with hazel eyes and a dress that is blue? What kind colors/makeup would go good with hazel eyes...?
Green for hazel eyesWhat kind colors/makeup would go good with hazel eyes...?
whatever you don't use blue to match the dress, lol! I would reccomend either sweet pinks or if you wanna be wild, use a bold green to bring it out of the hazel in your eyes
Personally, Gold would make you look bright and glowy. For an inexpensive way, try try almay's eyeshadow collection for light brown/ hazel eyes. Also, add brozer and neutral lip colors such as oranges and pinks. Natural is a good way to go too.
A lilac-colored fabric will bring your eyes out, too, and yes, some shade of green eye shadow for hazel eyes.
pink or green or blue make-up would work...
i preffer pink...
God Bless!
~Lolly
do a virtual makeover and pick the colors that you like best on a model with the same skin tone, hair color and eye color as you
The color on the color wheel that best compliments Green is Red. If you want to bring the green out in your eyes, you should use pinks or copper colors.
DO NOT use blue eye shadow. try gold or bronze or white with sparkles. the white would look the best because it would go good with ur dress and it goes with any eye color and you can have any kind of accessories or hair color and it will all go great.
golds and pinks
Oh sweety, if you like doing your eyes dramatic? Ive got some great tips for you :) I love variety, this is one of my faves at the moment. Its Max Factor trio set. The colors in it are Green, Blue and Purple. Sounds scary, I know! But trust me :)
Also, use Intense Volume XXL ramatic from Maybelline for the mascara.
Alrighty! Heres how you do it!
Completly line your eyes from the top lashes to the bottem with the green. Let it be think, you want your eyes to realy shine! Make sure its even though, the whole point is to look dramatic, but sassy. Once you did that, cover the whole lid with the green eye shadow. Put it on there thick, dont worry. Its not going anywhere, so you can realy cake it on there. Once your eyes are lines and painted, with a different brush (or the opposite side of the one you were using) apply the blue eyeshadow to the outer half of the eyes. You want them to be half blue, and half green verdicly. Got it on there good? Now. LIGHTLY trace the outer part of your eye lid, ontop of the green, with the blue eyeshadow. You dont want it in the green, just lining the top. Got it? Okay. Now, with a small blush brush style brush, coat the purple eyeshadow. Apply it over the top of the lid thick, and then lighty up the eye twards the brow bone. Once you have all the colors on, sweet your brush across your eyes lighty to smooth it all in, just a little!
Then, apply the mascara. Comb your lashes first, this realy works. If you want an even more dramatic look to them? Take a hair dryer to your lash curler for 30 secons, then hold the curler on your lashes for 10. It looks amazing at the end. :)
Here is what my results usualy look like.

Any good makeup artists here?
Do any of you know what kind of makeup is used for the blue color in this following photo? Is it a cream eyeshadow or some sort of paint? And if you were to do something like this, what would you use? Thanks!

It's a pressed powder eyeshadow, obviously because they left some of the fallout on the cheek. There's probably another white shadow underneath to bulk up the color as well. I would guess they started with a heavy primer then a vivid shadow, I've seen a similar shadow color from Urban Decay and Mac. Either will work, once you find the color you like, after tracing the shape they worked in words and layered the eyeshadow, not too much blending. then to finish a black liquid eyeliner and false lashes or a model with lash extensions and some black mascara.Any good makeup artists here?
powder. look in Medusa's Make-up... they have every color imaginable!!!!
You probably want to use MAC products as they make good eye makeup. Go for their eye pigment in Steel Blue. Use good eye shadow brushes. For the eyelinger, use MAC gel liner in Black.
It looks like powder, I would use Medusa's ';stick it'; and eyedust in ';Blue Balls';.
http://www.medusasmakeup.com/eyedust.htm
i think that it looks like a powder eyeshadow but there is probably a cream color base underneath to make the color stay bright
Looks photoshopped. I think its a paint pot. I would use paint pots from MAC
glitter and eye shadow
looks like glitter to me, perhaps it's glitter paint

PLEASE PEOPLE HELP ME WITH MY QUESTION!!!
for simple makeup look, first, apply on black mascara.then, apply on your favorite eyeshadow color, or whatever matches your outfit. finally, apply black eyeliner.
I just wear mascara and sometimes eyeliner but ONLY on the outside bottom lash line it looks cute but natural and simple I use Unstoppable mascara and unstoppable eyeliner by maybelline
dont wear eye liner just long lasting lip gloss and mascara and my favorite is CoverGirl! good luck!
Wear earth tones. I read that all a woman needs to look pretty is mascara and lipstick, but if you want to wear more, you should go to a department store and have them try different shades on your skin. They will also give you some pointers. I like Clinique.
long live shu uemura! the must-have of todays fashionistas!
MAC makeup you can get it at Macys
Covergirl is the best makeup brand.
MAC and bourjois
Cover Girl........ Loreal.........Lancome.....Este Lauder.........stuff like that
A little foundation ( i would use covergirl) and a little nude or pastel colored eyeshadow. Just use eyeliner on your bottom lid with a nude or light pink lipgloss. Don't use lipstick because it makes you look old and its heavy and not moisterizing.

Haemorrhoid cream or if you have them all the time, try cold teabags. Don't put them on warm as your skin will stain. If you do that every morning, the bags shouldn't be noticeable. Some-one told me vaseline cream but that didn't hide them at all. You can give that a try, it might work on you. Good Luck
covergirl makeup is pretty good.

I love to experiment with makeup. I think that when you are putting on makeup make sure that you don't load up your face with it because it could leave you with a chalky or caked on makeup look. I recommend:
light foundation (about the color of your skin), light mascara (black or brown), a light color lip gloss (neutral, pinks, or clear works for a settled look), a small line of eye liner on the top lid and the bottom (also black or brown is good, other colors are also okay), an eyeshadow that isn't too dark or too light that you can't see( dont put it too high or it will look like too much makeup), and finish off your look with an average amount of pink or red blush on the cheek bone (blending it in makes it look more natural, I also recommend putting a small coat of lighter, skin color powder over the blush to blend it in and smooth the too powders together with a large brush to make it look more natural) I hope you try some of my ideas and I hope they work out good for you! Good Luck!Any good makeup ideas?(:?
what kind of ideas? like foundations or something?
If you want full coverage use a foundation stick cause you can add more or less
If you want a natural to light coverage use liquid foundation
Always use a primer, it makes your make up look great and last longer
Some people think using pink eye shadows can make you look tired...never know till you give it a go
Always remove your make up before going to bed or something so it doesn't block your pores.
Waterproof mascara is fool proof
Use brushes or sponges when applying make up so its even all over. Hope this helped ya.
I recently discovered this one...i always had problems with eyeliner and making a perfect line, i now use a thin brush and just smudge the line.It makes it look so much more natural and less difined!!! Youtube baby!
i got some glitter hints.... use clear mascara to keep it on it works great. put a thin layer on with your makeup brush then apply the glitter.it lasts forever ...if you want a thin line of glitter on your lash use eyelash adhesive it stays put till you take it off. use vaseline to remove it.
well this depends on you style and skin tone colour
EYES OMG BEAUTIFUL
If you are high class then use some golds and such. They look so elegant and beautiful. Put some eyeliner on the top lid so it makes a thin line. and if it looks good on you add some onto the bottom part that lines your eye. Not to be done with liquid... it hurts o bad. SOME PEOPLE LIKE IT OTHERS DON'T Then add some metallic gold eyeshadow. Using the tip or your aplicator for the eyeshadow add some darker brown just to the inside corner. It makes your eyes look much more open and very sexy. Then use some mascara on the top only. Bottom eye lashes are tacky.
If you love colour then have many colours ready.
So do the eyeliner thing described above. Then use yellow on the inside corner. Green a little bi further in. Then blue, then purple, then red. You can fit all the colours and it looks amazng when done so it loks lie it faded one into the other. Plus you can modernize it to whatever colour you are wearing that day.then do magic mascara only on top.
On that note you can do the two colours over the eyes. Use two colours that are different shades or blend nicely togther. white and black with any are exceptions cause they go nice with any. So use one side to add one colour to the inside.(lightest one) the the other side to add the dark one on the outside. Then do the agic mascara on top only.
Or you can do the eyeliner, solid eyeshadow and then add a darker or lighter colour stripe down the center. Then blend it gently with the applicator. Lastly add mascara. Once again top only.
emo/punk stylist
Do the eyeliner. However heavy looks nice to you or wanted. Add some black/grey/silver eye shadow and add mascara. Actually you can do any off the above tricks with multi colours if you wanted. They can be done with any shades. I just gave some suggestions.
LIPS
glosses are pretier than lip stick in my opinion. Uses lighter colours. Bright is tacky and makes you look uneven and odd. There are some exceptions. Use a colour then a clear just to add shine. Don't over do it though. Too much is messy and groddy.
Personally I like white (not clear) because it lightens my lip colour and draws less attention to my mouth. with braces it looks big enough.. white is also very seductive and can go for any genre.
Second is clear. If you have nice lps and just want a shine add clear.
Or you can go pink pastels. Lighter the better. big mouths disturb boys some days. And it gives you a bad name if you catch my drift.
SKIN
If it is uneven once in a while don't use a lot of foundation. t makes it worse since your skin can't breathe under it. I use eyeshadow to cover some unpleasantness. But f is terrible then use SOME not a truck load. It looks like mask and you will probably be called a cake face. Which is obvously a bad thing.
CHEEKS
Add a bit of a pinkish/redish/bronze/gold colour. Whatever is needed to add a bit of colour. Used to add a variety to your tone. It should high light but not make you look like a clown. I know that at the body shop they have a blush brush. They add some glitter as well which is beautiul.

just watch some of the tutorials.. :)~
depends on where your wearing it! for a day to school just wear mascara, a little eyeliner, and lipgloss. it looks cute and is just enough, if you have skin issues a little conceler works too. for a night out make it fun and use bright eyeshadows and eyeliners. go for big dramatic lashes and bright lips. its fun to experiment with makeup so one afternoon your not busy sit down and play with it for a little while, it helps you develop your own makeup style and see what looks best on you!

you could go get your makeup done for free at sephora, they'll show you the best way to apply it and recommend products that'll look good on you. if you can't afford the sephora products just find cheaper alternatives at target or something. just make sure you read reviews at makeupalley.com so you know they're good alternatives hahaWhat shades of makeup would be good?pics??Please Answer!!?
lol im just like u i have pale skin and blue eyes. well for eye shadows go with vanilla or browns and bronze colors and sometimes gold looks nice and silver looks really pretty. DO NOT wear purple eyeshadow its not for blue eyes. for mascara i use eye light by cover girl and its for blue eyes to make them stand out more. eyeliner go with black, brown or blue, i use maybeline. and for cover up i use marblinge. then just try some pretty lips gloss. either clear or a color that goes nice with your skin and hair. and make sure youdon'tt go over bored with the eyeliner...just put it on your water line! it looks bad if u put to much on too much. oh and blush looks good but not too much! hope i helped...if u have any questions on how to apply anything email me =)
maybe the smokey eye effect? or browns and golds. with eyeliner and mascara. insted of blush go with a light bronzer to make your face warmer. use a dark fondation. i recomend maybelline dream liquid mouse and a good powder fondation. and only clear gloss.
your should wear the main color of you shirt and your eye color for your eye makeup and for lip gloss or lip stick you should pick out the color of your lips and a clear lip gloss.
shimmery gold shadow looks amazing on blue eyes.

What do you think is a good age to start wearing makeup ?
im turning 14 in jan and i usually just wear mascara and eyeliner with a neutral shade of eyeshadow and mabye some lip gloss...my friend wears a bunch of eyeliner and black eyeshadow...she not goth or emo (shes really nice) anyway i was just wondering...bordom is a boring thingWhat do you think is a good age to start wearing makeup ?
i think 13 is a good age.
so your fine! What do you think is a good age to start wearing makeup ?
i started at 9 probably.
now i am 14 and i wear full on mac makeup.
hey to each is own huh?
Whenever you feel like it's right. I started wearing make up VERY young, but it was first only the cheap silly lipstick/lip gloss.
Fourteen now and I actually know what make up I should wear and what looks good.
Experiment(:
well i wore a little mascara and blush when i was eleven, then wore everything else as i got older
well i think that is all you need to do those are the basics and keep it simple andclean and fresh don't try to be a wanna be grown up it makes you look like your trying too hard you are doing good job in the make up area
Stay the way you are...LIght make up is real attractive to people.. So do not become like you friend.
Wearing make-up at an early age ruins you skin-dries it out a lot..
and changes the complexion. So the less you wear the better- unless you want to look 10 years older..
Why do you even want to look like that.
13
14's good
Heh? Well I wouldn't wear it till you really need to, I wore like none in middle school, because my skin didn't need it. But now that I'm in high school [I'm a sophomore] I wear concealer because I stay up late with homework and look tired, and obviously pimples, yada yada yada. So I think minimal makeup is good to start wearing in 7th or 8th grade =)
Depends on when you need it.
I'm relatively young and I don't need to wear it, and I don't.
Hope this helps, and good luck. :]
I think a good age to start wearing makeup is when you're at least eleven years old.
i think 14 %26amp; 15 is a perfect age to start wearing makeup. You are turning 14 so you should definitely wear as much makeup as you like. I think anything below 13 is stupid and kids that want to go ruin their face while they are still young are dumb. I mean if you are not a celebrity child, u shouldn't be caking your face w/all the chemicals.
well i started wearing makeup when i went into 8th grade!
idk how old i was!..lol
but now im a junior in high skool
and i dont wear much anymore.. just about mascara and foundation maybe some eyeshadow once in a while but dats it..some people do put a lot!! and it kinda looks bad!
Sounds good enough already the make-up you are wearing right now since your still young.
You wear plenty of makeup already for your age. You shouldn't be wearing tons of eyeliner and black eyeshadow. That's going overboard.
I started wearing makeup when I was 12, but I just wore mascara. Then when I was 14 I started using eyeliner and foundation. Then it progressed from there.
I think 12 is a good age to start. That's when most of my friends and I started.
Right now, as a 14 year old, I wear mascara, liquid liner on the top lid, and lipgloss to school. Going out I wear eyeshadow, liquid liner on the top lid, eyeliner on the bottom lid, lip gloss, and mascara.
I started wearing makeup at the age of 12.
But then again, I also started using antiaging products at 13. Go figure.

How can I apply my makeup better, and what kinds should I use?
I have blonde hair and blue eyes, I want ot make my makeup look beautiful, yet natural and somewhat cheap (I have kinda bad acne) help please. How can I apply my makeup better, and what kinds should I use?
Start:
Wash your face with an all natural bar of soap
TRY: African Soap from Everyday Minerals
Face:
-primer: Try Smashbox Photo Finnish (Sephora stores) apply all over face after you wash and dry, it will help your makeup go on smooth, and allow it to last much longer before fading
-Foundation / Concealer: Try something with minerals, and if you have bad to server acne i would tend to stay away from liquid foundations.
TRY: Bare Minerals, or Everyday Minerals. They are light and natural. It looks like your wearing nothing, and feels like nothing too !
Eyes:
-Because you have blue eyes stick with Blues and browns
Apply a light blue all over the lid
Apply a brown in the outer corner
Use the dark blue to intensify and highlight
Use a brown liner under eyes, and to line your lashes
I would also use a lengthening or thickening mascara
TRY: Almay, or Everyday Minerals
Lips:
I always like to Stick with neutrals, just to add shine, and maybe only a little bit of color, so you dont look fake
My personal trick is to apply Vaseline to my lips. How can I apply my makeup better, and what kinds should I use?
I think you need a good foundation i personally use maybelline dream matte mousse which is a great foundation. Anything else i use cheaper brands (also i make sure i wear waterproof mascara)
Since your skin is a concern, don't use anything with oil in it. If you want to use a foundation, spring for a good quality brand because the cheaper ones definitely look cheaper, and make sure to perfectly match your skin tone. Don't ever try too hard to cover something up, because 99% of the time you'll just make it more noticeable. Don't ask me how I know that :)
As far as looking beautiful and natural, blend blend blend. Makeup lines are the absolute worst, you definitely don't want to look like you have warpaint on. I don't use any fancy pads or products to blend my makeup and usually only use my (clean) fingers to apply anything. I find this helps in blending a lot. Also use a lot of good lighting because makeup looks a lot different based on how much light there is where you are.
If you want to make your eyes pop, use colors that are opposite of your eye color on the color chart. For blue eyes, browns tend to look really good. Lipsticks should be within a few shades of your natural lip color if you want to go for a clean, natural look.
Hope this helps :)

look at footloose movie clips, use some blue and pink eyeshadow and the more feathered hair, the better...sounds fun!

Is expensive makeup better than the cheap stuff at the stores?
Do you think more expensive makeup is better quality brand? Is expensive makeup better than the cheap stuff at the stores?
quality is better than quantity.
the more expensive products have been thoroughly tested and the companies have large budgets for research and development.
so therefore you get what u pay forIs expensive makeup better than the cheap stuff at the stores?
Well, sometimes more expensive makeups are better quality. I think some mascaras that are cheaper at drug stores work fine, and you don't need to buy a really expensive mascara...well, I have long eyelashes so I don't really need mascara. You should try different makeups out, and whichever one works best for you or you like best is the one you should get...so you may like a foundation or concealor from a drug store that may be cheaper. So, I'd have to say, expensive makeup isn't always better than cheaper makeup, and it's your opinion if you like the expensive makeup better, or the cheaper makeup.
Yes most of the time especially with foundations and eye liners!!! but stuff like lip gloss and eye shadows dont reallly matter too much!
Have you heard of Paula Begoun? She has a website called cosmeticscop.com and a book called ';Don't Go to the Cosmetics Counter Without Me.'; She tests make up from all the major brands, as well as performing a scientific analysis of its ingredients and reports on its quality. She finds that there is no correlation between good quality cosmetics and price. She finds high quality cosmetics at both the drug store and the department store, and awful quality cosmetics at both places, too.
Also, bear in mind that most companies have both a department store brand and a drugstore brand. For instance, L'Oreal and Lancome are the same company. Many companies take a formula and package it in an expensive container at a high price in the department store, then put the same formula in a cheap container in the drug store. That way, they get profit from those who are duped into thinking that expensive equals better, as well as profit from the more thrifty.
cheap make up makes u break out
it depends on skin care and foundations I would invest and spend some money for, however lipsticks eye shadows and pencils you can get away with drug store purchased items if it is applied properly.
yes, the quality is better for the more expenisive ones.
Tyra did a show on this and proved that its not.....however i still prefer M.A.C, lancome, chanel and sephora stuff.....maybe its the packaging but i do think that the quality (in the expensive stuff) is better sometimes
mostly, yah
if there is one thing i have learnt in this life is.... you get what u pay for. that applies to everything on the consumer market. including makeuperythema
quality is better than quantity.
the more expensive products have been thoroughly tested and the companies have large budgets for research and development.
so therefore you get what u pay forIs expensive makeup better than the cheap stuff at the stores?

Good Makeup Looks with drugstore products..?
Like Neutral %26amp; Smokey Eyes Looks?
[not both together.]
Also Any Good Eye Shadows with Shimmer to them?Good Makeup Looks with drugstore products..?
ELF eyeshadows are amazing, and they are available at any KMart, a few Big Lots, and some Targets.
They have some shimmery shadows, but they also have a couple matte non-shimmery colors. They are really high quality, and are GREAT if used over a primer.
Highly recommendedGood Makeup Looks with drugstore products..?
L'Oreal HIP have some amazing, high-pigment shades and incredible shimmer. They also have a cream eyeshadow ';paint'; that comes in several amazing neutrals.
For a smoky eye, look for a loose powder and use a light touch. Physician's Formula has some amazing loose eyeliner that just makes the smoky eye a complete no-brainer... you can use it wet and dry, dump a little out and use an eyeliner brush or angled eyeliner brush, one product and you're done.
For a great smoky eye, I like to use a matte black shadow for a super edgy, almost goth look OR use a dark colour with a little shimmer of a different colour- Rimmel has these amazing eyeliners that are black with red, gold, blue, green, or purple shimmer in them. Those are AMAZING. I find that an eggplant colour shadow is also good for a smoky eye with a little punch to it.

I wouldnt want to say what make up colour would be good for you after just seen that pic because of the light your skin looks yelloewy youd need to take a pic i a natrual light thats not too sunny or dark which is hard to get with just an ordinary pic. your best of just going to a store that has makeup consultants because they'd give you honest proffesional answer and thayed be able to see you skin colour properly

I think Clinique makes great brushes. You can find them at Nordstrom, Macy's, Gottschalks, etc., or on the Clinique website. They're, obviously, going to be more expensive than anything you would buy at Wal-Mart or other such stores, but they are well worth the money. And, compared to other top brand makeup brushes, the Clinique ones are actually cheap.
Check them out -- http://www.clinique.com/templates/produc鈥?/a>
I know for sure that Ulta has a really nice set that works real well, and so do bareminerals. But i've heard that M.A.C. is good too. My personal fav. is Ulta set. I don't know which state you live in so look up Ulta on mapquest. Or go to Ulta.com and they'll tell you the prices and locations and numbers on how to reach them. good luck. :) :P =) =D
I really like MAC, and they sell a cleaner for them as well. You can probably find a MAC counter in your local mall at a place that sells higher end perfume and makeup, like Macy's or LS Ayres.
clinique! rages from 10-30 bucks
Well if ur talking about like kabuki brushes bare esentuals are fabulous =] they are kinda expensive sadly but they work sooo ogood
MAC brushes are amazing.
there like average price.
i actually really like some of the sonia kausak brushes at target. im not usually one to like cheap makeup (brushes or makeup) but they actually work well for the $6-8 i payed for them. i really like urban decay brushes too. they aren't made of animal hair and work amazing. another good one is smashbox. its pretty cheap and they work well
but i wouldn't buy laura mericer or NARS brushes. they are almost the same as a lot of other cheaper brushes. like a lot of them start at 20-25$.
you can find everything expect MAC at sephora.
anything that says MAC is at MAC stores
checkout e.l.f, they're only a dollar but surpsingly good quality for the price., and if you don't like them you didn't loose much money
=]
ummm try m.a.c there products are all good to me so i would try the brush
I HAVE THE BARE ESCENTUALS BUKI BRUSH AND IT IS AWFUL. DO NOT BUY IT. I'M SERIOUS. IT SHEDS TERRIBLY. WHEN I WOULD USE IT MY BOYFRIEND WOULD HAVE PICK STRANDS OF THE BRUSH OFF OF MY FACE. I'M LOOKING FOR A SIMILAR STYLE BRUSH BUT NO SO POORLY MADE.
I love the kabuki and brush set I got from kms mineral essentials. Great quality brushes.
anything that has to do with make up is at the store macs and everything there rocks but mark is a good brand.
hope i could help: )

Good makeup tips?
we all get it..
well i do ;)
a tip to have my eyeshadow stay on all day?
a tip so my eyeliner will stay on all day?
compact?
what brands to use?Good makeup tips?
i dont understand your question. you need to ask it again but be more specific because when you do , i can offer you a plethora of info.Good makeup tips?
Using a good foundation will help eyeshadow stay on all day and make sure your make up is a good brand name to begin with or your just wasting time and money. Eyeliner should always stay on all day but you should check your make up through out the day and top it up anyway. Definately have a compact on you at all times. Revlon, L'oreal are good brands or try a Salon and get a little at a time. Have fun xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo
There is a perfect product that keeps your eyeshadow and eyeliner on ALLLLLL DAY LONG!!! It is the Mary Kay Eye Primer. I swear by it. I am up and going at 6:00 in the morning and often don't stop til 9 or 10 at night and my eyeshadow still looks awesome. Take a look:

Tips For Makeup
http://makeup-tips-info.blogspot.com/
Try putting foundation on your eyelid before applying eyeshadow. It gives the shadow something to stick to so it lasts longer
hmmm. i know places like micabella (the eyeshadow cart in most malls) or MAC sell a product that you put on before you put your eyeshadow on and it stays on all day.
i use bareminerals that i bought at ULTA, and put the foundation on my eyes and it keeps the eyeshadow on ALL day. i absolutely love it.
hope this helps a bit.
This is from James J''s wife.
eyeshadow, make it look like it's a natural thing at the first of the day, and you'll be good till 5.
eyeliner? LIQUID EYELINER FROM THE ******* 60'S!!!!!!! Seriously, if you have a prob with eyeliner smearing, that's what you can do. I kinda like it smeared a bit, I'm slightly Goth.

try covergirl. its a great makeup brand and has a variety of products.
for eyeshadow: (this tip helps 4 most ppl)
never use your fingers to apply eye shadow. Instead, rely on the pro's tools. Use a sponge applicator tip for precision and targeting creases and lash line.

Buy a primer to make your shadow last longer. Try Paula Dorf's Eye Primer. After you apply a thin layer go over it with powder then apply shadow.
For liner use eye shadow applied with a liner brush instead of an eye pencil. It won't run nearly as much. You can even dampen the brush a little to make it stay even better. The same goes for your eyeshadow.
One of my favorite lines is Julie Hewett Cosmetics (although she doesn't carry powder shadows) but her lipsticks, mascaras, Cheekies %26amp; Shimmies are amazing.
Use a primer for your eye lids to help the shadow stick. For eye shadow I use Revlon 12 hour colorstay. For liner I absolutely swear by Stila Smudge Pot Gel Liner. Get an angled eye liner brush, MAC makes an excellent one. Use the angled brush to apply the liner, and it lasts and lasts.

Good makeup to cover acne!?
yeah i know, putting makeup on your face will do nothing but clog your pores or whatever. iv hurd it all. but i am a teenager and i was just wondering if anyone who also has acne has found a really good cover up that actually works! like something at target nothing expensive. any help?Good makeup to cover acne!?
Hi! For cheap stuff, like at target, I use this physicians formula 2 in 1 concealer! Its pretty good! one end is green for really red pimples u put a dab on, and then cover it up with the other end which is skin colored. Or u can just use the skin colored side for smaller stuff. then I would go Over in like a mineral powder like maybelline mineral powder, and then you're set! :)
But I must say, the best thing I've ever use it Mac select cover up concealer. its like 14 dollars. Then I use Mac natural mineralizer powder, also in that price range and its fabulous, so its just something to consider. :)
good luck~Good makeup to cover acne!?
hey. yeah im a teenager with acne too... but luckily the right type of foundation can make your skin look alot better. however makeup of anykind would not co conceal a bump, it can take away the redness and marks. so if u have oily skin its a very good idea to use a powder. physicians formula mineral powder, is made espiciaally for acne prone skin. it does not clove pores and wont make you acne worse. it does a good job of covering spots and makinv your skin look even. for a major breakout u wud need concealar. i havnt yet seen one that doesnt clog pores... but since u dont use it on all of ur face it shudnt be to bad. so for daily wear try the physicians formula mineral wear. nd if u got a major zit. concealer under thr powder hides it. i hope i helped. *sorry cor the typos, im using my ipod... lol
I use Neutrogena cover up with tinted moisturizer over it, and it hides the acne without looking cakey.

Looking for good, basic makeup?
I am absolutely clueless when it comes to this stuff =/
I'm looking for is tips and/or suggestions for foundation, mascara, eyeliner, etc.
steps for application would be great too!!Looking for good, basic makeup?
You should just buy one of those books....this way u will get accurate information........Looking for good, basic makeup?
I love mark. Affordable products that compare to department store cosmetics. All of their makeup starts at just $4 and the most expensive item is only $18.
It makes it easy to experiment and have fun, because they are so affordable.
Try mark.'s MAKE IT BIG mascara. It is a must have. ($6)
The perfect foundation is their Face Xpert - Flawless Touch Makeup. It is a lightweight, professional-coverage formula. ($8)
Then they have customizable palettes that allow you to pick your eye and blush colors. You can get a Mega case for $8 and then fill it with up to 8 eyeshadows or 4 eyeshadows and 2 blushes, etc. The eyeshadows are only $4 and the blushes are $6. The best part is they are all magnetic, so you can reuse the case.
Check out the whole line on the site below.
Mayballine mousse stuff is great for foundation. It's a little pricier than the liquid stuff but not that much and totally worth it. Urban Decay is very good for eye shadows and eyeliners, really pretty colours, but definitely not cheap! However, Natural collection is cheap and does the job if you're looking for basic.
With mascara, I tend to first apply it to the tops of my eyelashes and then under the eyelashes to make them more volumous :) Don't put too much on the bottom lashes or it'll get a bit too much.
Hope that helps a bit, good luck!

Good Makeup brands?
does anyone know of any good makeup brands that sell bright colored eyeshadows, ones with a lot of pigment. i already know about mac, but i was wondering if there were any other good brands that were less expensive, thanks!Good Makeup brands?
Benefit Cosmetics are great (benefitcosmetics.com)
I reccomend Georgia Blush. it gives you a great glow.
That Gal Face Primer is great too.Good Makeup brands?
Urban decay
Maybelline
Wet n wild
MARK
Avon
marykay
Mary-Kay
Urban Decay has bold, glittery colors, more for a night look. The shadows aren't cheap, but they're slightly less expensive than MAC.
The only problem with a cheaper eye shadow is that it wears off easily. Eye color is one make-up product that's worth spending the extra money. However, if you have a budget, I'd recommend going to a Sephora/Ulta that would let you try cheaper shadows so you could see if they last.
maybelline, covergirl, avon have a large range without having to pay a fortune
gosh and barry m sell really bright colors and there cheap :)
I think the best one would be Barry M from superdrug the colour eyeshadow pot is 拢3.50 roughly, i love this so much there are so many colours and lots of other good products as well like nailpolish and eyeliner all in really funky bright shades of Blues, greens, pinks, reds, oranges, metalics etc.
check out l'oreal HIP! they're like 8 bucks.

aawe! omg ur so pretty! i luv ur hair!
u don't even need makeup maybe a little black mascara to make ur green eyes really pop and some lipgloss but thats it ur a naturel beauty :)

I agree that you don't have to wear makeup in Grade 6. But if you are wanting to then I would suggest very subtle makeup such as some mascara, a little blush and some lip gloss. I think you should wear natural looking makeup as opposed to makeup that's sparkly and very obvious. I have taught Grade 6 in the past and trust me, it looks the best when the girls wear little makeup and when it looks very natural.
I LOVE makeup! Start at whatever age you want, it doesnt matter. Makeup makes me feel better
Eyeshadow- Neutral all over the lid. Maybe a light brown color?
Eyeliner- Take brown eyeliner, and smudge it on your lower lashline so its not so harsh, then on your lid, apply brown eyeliner REALLY CLOSE to your eyelashes, so its not that obvious
Mascara- only 1 coat of mascara. Nothing dramatic
Foundation- Get mineral makeup. something that matches your skintone, and its light, but makes you look better.
Apply some lipgloss and your done!
:O You're so tall XD And you have pretty hair :]
Tbh, I don't think you need make up. You're only in 6th grade and your skin looks pretty clear. So why fix something that isn't broken in the first place? I think you should wait a little so that you don't damage your skin with all those harsh chemicals in make-up. You'll regret it if you don't.
But for now.. lipgloss and mascara is enough for you and drink plenty of water to keep your skin clear.
P.S Don't scrunch up your face like that in photos :P It's not cute.
You just need to curl your eyelashes and wear mascara. Use concealer on acne and under your eyes, and maybe put on some lipgloss. But yeah, all you really need is just some mascara and an eyelash curler.
you are so tall for the 6th grade. personally, i do not think you should be wearing make up in grade 6. it looks ridiculous and makes you look like a wannabe. btw you have such gorgeous hair!
your really ugly and you need to get off yahoo answers and get a life and try making direct eye contact with the camera when you take a picture of your self
lipgloss only lipgloss is good at your age

Good makeup to cover acne? ?
Including blackheads =)
also, any facial washes you suggest? links please!Good makeup to cover acne? ?
I would reccomend sheer coverup, it looks really natural. Except they never had it in my color, also its a bit expensive. Proactiv didn't work for me, and toners just make my face all red and pimply. I got a NYC coverup that matched my skin more or less (you'll hardly ever find your perfect color). On top of the coverup i put darker powder as a bronzer (just make sure to blend it in with your under chin and neck, so it looks like a tan, and not a line that shows a diff color.) On top of the one toned bronzer add a bit of light blush so that you don't look like a painted solid colored wall. Good Luck!http://www.bareminerals.com/on/demandwar鈥?/a>Good makeup to cover acne? ?
I have this product called AcneFree, and it works pretty well. There's a face wash you use that has benzoyl-peroxide, which might irritate your skin, a toner that does not feel as though you are putting oil on your face, and a ';repair'; lotion that you put on your acne.
Makeup to cover acne is a big no no because the minerals that are in so many coverups irritate most people's skin. Just keep washing your face- and hands off! They spread oil and other yuckies.
There's always proactive lol .
I use shishiedo . The purifying stuff ; it works for me .
The purifying mask is good too ; it totally unclogs your pores :D
And makeup to cover acne ; well there's concealer and you should put foundation or powder over it to even it out .
Acne is a bundle of skin rashes formed over skin due to the action of hormones on the sebaceous glands. You can get rid of these acne from any of the natural acne remedies listed on the below site. Check it out for yourself as it worked for all that i personally know. The site address is beauticianworld.com
omg use 100% pure u can get it on QVC dont come i dont know if its in stores just yet but its extremly natural it has pigments of peaches, tomatos. lavender vitamin c annnddd sooo much more its amazing
http://www.qvc.com/qic/qvcapp.aspx/view.鈥?/a>
it doesnt clog pores and it covers so well and stays on!!! try it@!!!! and i havent had a blemish in 4ever and even if i do u cant tell
Clearisil is great. Also at the health store, you can buy zinc cream to cover and they might tell what to use to wash your face.
Just put liquid concealer on and dab it over your acne to get rid of the redness. Then foundation to even your skin tone. You'll look flawless! :D I use cover girl, if you were wondering.
There is a makeup by proactiv that won't clog your pores and protects your skin. If you have sensitive skin don't try Proactive wash because it dries up your skin which irritates it causing more acne
use mineral makeup. it covers well, but still lets your skin breathe and doesn't clog pores. its the only thing dermatologists allow their acne patients to useerythema

Good Makeup Colors?
my skin tone is tan, and i have medium long eyelashes. my eyebrows are not bushy but not really skinny. my lips are a medium colored pink. so what are some good colors for eyeshadow, blush, and lipstick? i am kinda new to makeup. please help! thanks! :)Good Makeup Colors?
For eyeshadow, any color brown would look really pretty, and you could always put on a contrasting color to make your eyes stand out (green eyes: purple, blue eyes: brown or peach, brown eyes: almost any color; and purple and gold look good on all eye and skin colors). As for lips, I would go with pinks or peaches, and you could always do red, but I would go to a makeup counter to find the perfect color. For blush, go for a light pink or peachy color. Hope that helped!Good Makeup Colors?
ur actually perfectly fine u don't really need any makeup. try chap stick instead of lipstick. chap stick is good for Ur lips.
stay away from lipsticks.
what color are your eyes?
tan people look good in blues.
I suggest a black eyeliner and some blue eyeshadow, and maybe bronzer as a blush.
if you're new to make-up, you don't want to try everything at once.
for brown eyes you should use any of these colors to make them pop:
Copper, Bronze, Champagne, Golds, Browns, Beige, Khaki Greens, Royal Blue
you can use blush too, but make sure it's not bright pink so you don't look like a clown :]
get some foundation that matches your skin tone as close as possible. if you're goin' for a ';heavy make-up'; look...get black mascara...if you're going for a ';lighter make-up'; look, get brown or clear mascara. as for lipstick...no..don't to that, but light shades of lipgloss will work. don't give yourself incredibly heavy blush...if you really want some...use lighter shades of pink...and don't over do it....peronally i dislike blush. eyeliner?? hmm...don't get it dark...and don't go for the ';TONS OF EYELINER'; look...use it lightly. goodluck
first of all, blue looks good on no one and should be banned from the makeup world.
I am also tan and I look for pinkish eyeshadows, browns and tans, greens (more earthy tones). It also depends on your eyecolor... green brings out brown eyes, pink and red brings out hazel and green... etc. One universal color is a shimmery pink/lavender color or even a gold tone because it goes well with all skin tones. Blush you have to actually match to your skin tone but you can even do that at walmart now with those 'true match' colors by maybelline. I wouldnt recommend lipstick for a first time makeup wearer, but a clear or nude colored lip gloss. And just go with the classic black mascara, you can never go wrong there. Oh, and be careful to avoid eyeliner until you are comfortable with makeup altogether, because it can be difficult to master depending on your eye shape. But when you first start out, brown eyeliner is best because if you mess up it will not show badly. Good luck, makeup is fun and a great way to express yourself.
use nude colors and naturale blush on,sun kissed blush looks good on you too..just avoid wearing red lipstick..its abig no-no..
For eye shadow i would just use a light color that has some sparkle to it. Scenes your lips are already pink I would just use a tinted gloss. For blush I would use one that has a pinkish brown color.
you should also stay away from bronzer scence you already have tan skin. for the blush you could also try a gold color. don't but on to much mascar and thin eye liner wright inside your eye.
i would suggest black eyeliner and a gold eyeshadow also a purple looks very nice or even a pink since you said your lips are medium pink, that way you just put gloss on your lips and come out very nice =]
I would say stay away 4rm lip-stick and use lip-gloss! The best color eyeshadow is i think would be sparkly brown or dark pink. And the best blush pink or tan or brown. GOOD LUCK!!!

Well if your thinking of using a foundation I found one that works extremely well from 'La Roche-Posay'. It's called 'Toleraine Cirrective Fluid Foundation'. This is a great working foundation however it comes with a high price. The other option is a mineral powder from which I find can come from any company. Go to your local drugstore and ask about the colour that would suit you. The final option is one that I like the best, it's called tinted moisturizer and is typically used on the face. It acts as not only a cover-up but also a moisturizer. It takes about 3-5 minutes to soak into the skin and then it evens out the skin tone. What I especially love about this option is that you don't have to wash it off because it's a mositurizer!
I myself am very pasty with some pimples and scars.
Mac Studio Finish SPF is amazing, absolutely amazing. Covers all my imperfections. I have used, maybeline, cover girl, revlon, and nothing has covered like mac studio finish. Go to whenever they sell mac- and you can get colour matched. They have tons of shades.
It may seem a bit pricey, but it lasts forever.
I apply it with an inexpensive small brush that I got from a drug store.
I wouldn't ever use this product for under eye circles- but for covering zits it is my best friend.
When I have a really red pimple, I use a 'green stick' from maybeline, then mac on top of it. It doesn't look cakey. A lot goes a long way. You do want to use a brush though. A cheap small brush will do the trick : )

I am super pale as well and i have been using Dinair Airbrush Makeup for the past 2 years and its the best makeup ive ever used...it covers everything and make my skin look flawless. I know they have this product that u put onto scars that basically fills them up to skin level and then u airbrush over them and they nearly disappear. Its also all water base so its not bad for ur skin. It really is amazing!! I LOVE it...anywho, hope helped...=)
well my personal favvv is loreal like true match and stuff buht revelon works pretty good too ! ohh andd STRIDEX 2-stage system to wash your face is GREEAAATTTTT ! like really works for me all the time ! and trust me i had a lot off pimples !

GOOD MAKEUP? not drugstore?
anyone know any good makeup products that wont make me break out? prefferably not old drugstore brands. and possibly sells in canada or can order it online!? THANKSGOOD MAKEUP? not drugstore?
M.A.C., anything from Sephora, Clinique, Dior, Estee Lauder.GOOD MAKEUP? not drugstore?
WELL I CAN TELL YOU THAT MARY KAY IS A GOOD PRODUCT THAT YOU CAN USE THAT YOU WILL NOT BREAK OUT IN AND A MARY KEY SELLER WILL HELP YOU FIND PRODUCT THAT IS JUST RIGHT FOR YOU AND IF YOU ARE NOT 100% HAPPY YOU CAN GET YOUR MONEY BACK OR REPLACED WITH ANOTHER PRODUCT I SELL IT AND US IT AND I WILL NOT USE ANYTHING ELSE
definately go with BAREMINERALS!!!!
it is a light powder foundation, bronzer, and mineral veil (3 different products) combo that draws light to your skin!
It actually MAKES YOUR SKIN BETTER with use.
It is relatively pricy, but it is really worth the money.
It is frequently advertized on television and sold in beauty supply stores such as ULTA. Trust me, I have been a loyal customer for over a year and it has definately decreased the amount of breakouts i had! IT IS WORTH THE INVESTMENT! They also have a good quality line of mascaras, eyeliners and an AMAZING collection of eyeshadows and blushes. the colors are crazy good and are customized to your skin tone.
I would say try Lise Watier cosmetics. It's hypoallergenic, which is definitely what you need. You can buy in different locations in Canada, or you can buy it online.
i use bare minerals. you can get it online at their website. i get mine from sephora.com. they give deals on shipping and free samples. the bare minerals is a little pricey but a little goes a long way and i swear my skin has actually improved. for cleansing i use clinique 3 step. go to clinique.com, take their little questionaire to see which skin care is right for you. you can get that at sephora.com too. but definately try the bare minerals, you will love it.
I have always used Clinique ever since I started wearing makeup.
in many years in the beauty business, i have witnessed severe cases of cystic acne from both bare minerals and mac foundations. they are the worst! look for formulas that are nonacnegenic and noncomedogenic. try merle norman, origins, clinique, and mark.
If you like mineral makeup, you should try LAminerals.com. I think they ship all over the world. They have really good makeup and samples you can buy really cheap first. They shipped my sample free that I ordered last week.
I love both the foundations, Hollywood and NoHoGlo.
Mineral makeup doesn't break you out like a lot of makeup can.
MAC makeup is long lasting and comes in tons of different shades and colors. But its coverage is high maintenance. If you're looking for a natural look, stay away from MAC makeup.
Makeup from Sephora is always great. Especially these products

I'm not sure if they sell in Canada, but you can probably get it online. Either Avon or Mary-Kay. They are both very good make-up brands.
origins has a really good make up line and DONT use sefora they test there products on animals!
MAC!!!
I'm a professional makeup artist in Canada.
I would suggest MAC Cosmetics. It is the brand used by many professionals.
There is a nice brand at Sephora [West Edmonton Mall]
MAC's also good too.
There is a mineral make-up but I cann't remember what its called...
Well, if you want to go the minerals route, I would suggest Everyday Minerals. It uses fewer igredients then Bare Minerals and costs half as much. Also you can get a set of 5 samples for the cost of shipping. I know they do ship to Canada, but I'm not sure how much it costs.

The samples are under kits.

Well, try going will a scheme between natural and dramatic. Stick with the ark mascara and maybe a peach or glossy pink lip-gloss. People with red-hair always seem so pretty when it comes to make-up so go with a medium colored blush like maybe tan or a light-brown blush to make your eyes pop. Since you have a nose ring the blush will seem more dramatic. Anyway i'm sure whatever make-up you use will look perfectly find on you don't worry about what other people say because since make-up isn't permanent you can always start over. Good luck!
dtart out simple like a 10 minutes or less look- Mary Kay eyesicles, mascara, and alip gloss. Until you feel more comfortable and confident
Visit my website

maybe this will help
Do you have a sister or a family member that can help you? If you put black eyeliner on, it really isn't that hard. It's quite simple, but go online or on YouTube...I wouldn't be surprised if they had instructional videos for eyeliner users.
i would wear black eyeliner but not to dark and not to thick of a line. then wear a light eye shadow really any color, but don't wear like bright orange or any really bright color. then just some powder and some lip gloss.
Go to Merle Normans they will show you how to do it for free of course they will try to sell you something but that your choice if you want to buy or not
go with a light blue or brownish eye makeup
also a brown or black eyeliner
or just go natural
clear lipgloss
then go natural
or watch tips on youtube.
i say you should just put on really light make up.

Very pretty - your best look might be straightened hair.Good makeup/colors/hairstyles/outfi鈥?for me?
You're very pretty!! One thing I might suggest is going with even more neutral tones for eyeliner and eyes, and possibly trying a treatment or conditioner that would make your hair shinier. But seriously, you look FINE! :))) Gold or icy winter tones might look good on you too. btw, atayloridea?? my name's tay too- ;)
golds, shimmery eye colors would look good on u...u look good in curly hair, maybe try krimping it, that would look good too!
Dont need any....
wow, ur very pretty!!
but if u must, maybe some highlights, an neutral earth tones like gold eye shadow.
you look gorgeous like u are!!!
maybe try a darker hair color?

Good makeup tips??
tips for using eyeliner, mascara, eyeshadow, and/or lipgloss/lipstick??Good makeup tips??
Hello, no makeup is necessary, I love the natural beauty.Good makeup tips??
well i do alot of diffrent things so idk wut look you are going for but the natural everyday look i would use light brown eyeliner on the bottom lid only
mascara a nice brown also
eyeshadow light and shimmery and no were above the crease of your eye
and light lipgloss
if this isnt the look you want just message me and ican give you mroe tips:)
eyeliner- if you put eyeliner on your bottom lids don't put too much also only line from the outer edge of your lid to the middle not all the way to the inner corner of your eye. i like to use liquid liner on my top. :)
mascara- my favorite is define a lash diorshow and lash blast.
only put one coat (if any) on your bottom lashes. always use black other colors don't enhance your eye color.
lip gloss- don't get the sticky gooey type ickk.
guys hate to kiss a girl with that all on her lips.
don't pick out real bright colors or it will look like you colored marker all over your lips.
i really like Sally Hanson's natural lip shimmer and mac's lipglass,
eyeshadow- only use powder liquid or cream eyeshadow doesn't work to good it leaves funny creases and smears.
also don't use pink it makes you look sick blue=black eye (blue not turquoise)
if wearing foundation or powder don't cake it on please no one wants to see a clown walkin around and pick the color closest to your skin tone! you can test it on your wrist before buying it.
eyeliner apply from inside to outside in a straight line near roots
mascara wipe your wand lightly with tiolet paper (helps eliminat clumps)
lipgloss pinks dusty rose looks dark its not go for nudes and pink or clear
lipstick same as lipgloss
Well.
I'll just say what i think looks good on ME.
I use a light brown eyeliner around the outside of my eyes to get a wider looking eye.
Then i apply a black lengthening mascara to my top and bottom lashes and comb through them with a lash/brow brush.
Then for eyeshadow, i usually do a deep, rich brown color near the base of the eyelashes, then apply a lighter brown on top of that.
For my lips, i just use a light lip balm or gloss with no tint.
Then i use a pink blush on the apple of my cheeks.
Hope this helps.
if u think u look ok then go natural cuz a lot of guys luv that a girl is confident enough about how she looks to go without makeup
To give the illusion of wide eyes, use a liquid black eyeliner on your top lid and line it from the middle to the end and give it a subtle flick at the end. Then use an eyeliner pencil to line the last third of your bottom eyelid just below where you lined the top. Then use white or silvery eyeliner to line the inside corner of your eyes. This makes them look very big, trust me!
Only apply eyeshadow below your eye crease, you can flick it out a bit at the sides to make your eyes look bigger.
When you put on lipstick and you want it to stay for a long time, dab a bit of concealer on your lips, then apply the lipstick on top of it, then get a tissue and put your mouth on it to rid any excess lipstick, then apply another layer of lipstick and do the same thing with the tissue again.

What Makeup Is Good For Me?
i have a couple of acne scars and i was wondering what sort of makeup would be good to cover it but doesnt look caked onWhat Makeup Is Good For Me?
Smart Cover concealer. You have to buy it online or over the phone, but it's awesome. What Makeup Is Good For Me?
Dermablend
I would suggest getting your acne scars lasered off. It may be a little expensive, but it's really worth it in the long run. You'll look better and be more attractive. A definite confidence boost. And make-up will look better on.
L'oreal TrueMatch
or
Physican's Formula
I would just use a little concealer, that always works for me. You kinda put a lot on that one spot, but then take your powder and blend it into the rest of your skin. Dont try to blend in the concealer or it will just rub off of the place you are trying to hide. Just put enough on to cover the spot, then put the powder over it, and you are all done, and scar free for the day. This helps me, i hope it helps you too!
cover girl true blend make-up that should do it
just some foundation would do
or try vitamin e oil to actually diminish the scars

http://i193.photobucket.com/albums/z312/鈥?/a>Good makeup for me based on pic? (brands too) with pics here!?
You're really pretty! I think you should use your makeup to draw attention to those beautiful bright blue eyes. I am making a lot of suggestions, so do not feel like you have to do everything I suggest!
1. Use a concealer that matches your skin tone to cover any blemishes or under-eye circles.
2. Apply liquid foundation with a damp cosmetic sponge and blend well. I recommend Maybelline Pure Makeup http://www.maybelline.com/Product/Face/F鈥?/a>
3. Apply a translucent powder to absorb any shine and make your skin look smoother. I recommend L'Oreal Bare Naturale Soft-Focus Mineral Finish http://www.lorealparisusa.com/_us/_en/de鈥?/a>
4. Use a dark brown eyeliner pen like Maybelline LineStylist in Espresso http://www.maybelline.com/Product/Eye/Ey鈥?/a> to line INSIDE your lashline. Use one finger to hold your lashes out of the way, and line with the other hand.
5. Buy an eyeshadow duo with a pearly and taupe eyeshadow, like L'Oreal Wear Infinite in Sand Dune http://www.maybelline.com/Product/Eye/Ey鈥?/a> Blend the lighter color just under your eyebrows to accentuate their nice shape, and blend the darker color around your eyelids and crease. The brownish tones will complement your blue eyes.
OR
Apply a peach eyeshadow like Urban Decay in Blaze http://sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?鈥?/a> to your upper lids, just above your lashline. Peach will compliment your eye color and hair color very well.
OR
Apply a thin line of pearly light pink eyeshadow, like CoverGirl Eyeslicks in Tickled Pink http://www.covergirl.com/products/produc鈥?/a> just above your upper lashline. This color will also wonderfully complement your eye color and help define your eyes.
6. Curl your eyelashes, if you want, and apply a dark brown Mascara. I like CoverGirl's LashExact mascara in Black Brown http://www.covergirl.com/products/produc鈥?/a>
7. Apply a peachy blush to your cheekbones (you can find your cheekbones by looking in the mirror and sucking in your cheeks like you just ate something sour). Try L'Oreal Feel Naturale in Charmed Peach http://www.lorealparisusa.com/_us/_en/de鈥?/a> This will help compliment your eye and hair color.
OR
To complement your eye and skin tone, and accentuate your lovely cheekbones, try Maybelline Expert Wear Duo in Siamese Pink http://www.maybelline.com/Product/Face/B鈥?/a> and apply the darker color just under your cheekbones, and the light, shimmery color on your cheekbones.
8. I really like the shape of your lips, so try Maybelline LineStylist lip liner http://www.maybelline.com/Product/Lip/Li鈥?/a> in a shade that matches your lips.
9. I would recommend a peachy lipgloss. You have a lot of options, so check out the following:
Maybelline Shiny-Licious Lipgloss in Pink Sorbet or Melon Ball http://www.maybelline.com/Product/Lip/Li鈥?/a>
Covergirl Wetslicks Lipgloss in Peaches And Gleam http://www.covergirl.com/products/produc鈥?/a>
Sephora Brand Super Shimmer Lipgloss in Apricot Souffle or Sugar Coat http://sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?鈥?/a>

For eyeliner: Me being fair skined as well, we have to watch what color eyeliners we use. Like black is way to hars. I would try a brown/black eyeliner from Prestige (Can be found in drugstores) $6. Also I would try a liner/eyeshadow in metalic blue, This will make your eyes pop! Try maybelline cool effect cooling shadow/liner $7 at the nearest drugstore.
Mascara: I can't recommend anything besides Lash Blash Mascara from Covergirl. This mascara has a brush twice the size of other brushes so your eyelashes are twice as long and have twice the volume.
Eyeshadow: I would try lighter colors to brighten your face, and keep your look sweet while complementing your eyes. Try light pale blues, light pinks, light greens, or gold. Don't try greys, black, dark purples, dark blue, forest green etc. It may look to harsh.
Foundation: Nothing is better then covergirls foundation products! There powder truly dosn't clogg my pores and there foundation is so light I feel like Im wearing nothing at all! Also try almays bronzers. They will give your skin a little glow. Apply it on the apples of your cheeks.
Blush: Try a light pink blush, it will keep your face fresh and sweet. Also try a liquid peach blush, it will make your complexion glow.
Lipgloss: Pale pink lipgloss, peach or a tan. I recommend Loreal Paris Colour Juice sheer juicy lip gloss in Melon Punch or Maybellines wet shine diamond liquids.

Good makeup ideas?
I have medium brown, long-layered hair. I have normal skin (my Dad is mexican and my Mom is white, I think I have fair skin) /fair complected with freckles and reddish cheeks (I don't use coverup and I don't look good with blush b/c I think I was like born with natural blush :D.
Do you have any brands or makeup ideas? :) Thank you!Good makeup ideas?

I would reccomend using Artistry Mineral Make-up. It is 100% natural and it doesn't cake on your skin, it's very natural looking. There is also mineral eye shadows and blushes (even though you don't use it).
Here is my website if you want to take a look:

What would look good? Makeup question!
I'm going into 10th grade this year and I want to wear makeup, but i don't know what makeup would look good on me.
What should I wear and what colors should I use?
What can I do to my hair also?

Your very pretty :)
Get somee sidee bangss and maybee have your hair cut into a cute shoulder legnth style maybe with a few layerss.
Put somee bronzer under your cheekbones or suck in your cheeks and apply to the suken areas.Grin and add some blush to the apples of your cheeks (off to the side of your face a bit). This will make your face appear slimmerr (although your face is NOT fat)
Add some bronzer to the bridge of your nose, your hairline and chin.
Then put on a little mascara and very little eyeliner. Maybe try a neutral lipgloss.
You will look ah-mazingg
Havee fun, Be happy with who you are %26amp; Have a great first day of school :)
Hope i helpedWhat would look good? Makeup question!
you're eyes don't look like they could handle much makeup, but besides that here's some tips,
*a concealer lighter than your skin under the eyes and on blemishes.
*foundation that is your skin color (a powder kind maybe) all over face.
*a peachy to lighter pink blush put on with a power (only on apple of cheek)
*dark brown eyeliner on the top lid
*and a neutral color eyeshadow.
*then a brown mascara to sum it all up.
**as an extra your could try some eyebrow liner (just a LITTLE bit) to bring out your eyebrows
try that out and see if it works for you.
and loose curls would look pretty.
Hey,
Well for starters to look a little sophisticated you should take your hair all down and put a side parting in it.
If you dont already have one get a side fringe put in. It wold be really cheap just to get this done so just go to your local hairdressers. Your hair looks really nice though , it just needs something to liven it up a bit more :) Try to avoid sweeping it back like in the picture.
I think it would suit you to curl your hair... your hair looks pretty wavy already so you could always go with that but add more wave to it. This might sound really unprofessional but it will work for loose waves. Before you go to bed.. the night before school, wash your hair and then put it in a french platt. One french platt for loose waves but too if you wanted them a little bouncier. I think it would really suit your face :)
As for make-up you are only in 10th grade so I suggest as you have brown eyes, use a BLACK eyeliner pencil to enhance your eyes. Not thick thought just a subtle black line. Then curl your eyelashes and use any black mascara.Your eyebrows look light too so maybe you could use an eyebrow pencil to enhance them ( Please look up how to use one properly though. I dont want you looking like you should be in a circus =p ) I dont think you should use coloured make up.. I think it makes people look younger.I dont know how strict your school is either or your experience with make up so im not really sure.

Apparently thats make up for school
You could try something like that though I dont advice the line of eyeliner on the top because it can make eyes look smaller.
search on youtube for make up ideas and tutorials and you should find what you want sweetie :)
This is long! lol
hope I helped
awwe well first ure a real pretty girl, Lol.
ok umm iwould start with some eye liner, liek usually use the liquid ones, because rathe rthen teh stick ones, it doesnt drop, definatley because ure light colored, use light colors like maybe a light pink blush, eyeshawdow, and most definatley big curls, it can really show u off.. and i assure u ull look great
You should try out some natural looking colors first and then later if you are feeling more bold try out the darker tones.
Hair can be a challenge because you have to get up so early for school. using a straightener can give you a beautiful look in only a short time. For an added spark get some cute hair clips.
For your :
Lips shades of pink lip gloss.
Eyes, black eyeliner, Shades of blue, pink, green and coper eyeshadows.
Get a face powder that matches your complextion.
Mark by Avon has good makeup, try it.
Big curls would look really good on you. Make up? Light colors, light pinks, light greens, and blues..
mascara, blush, leave your hair down, get some side bangs.. that should do the trickerythema
What should I wear and what colors should I use?
What can I do to my hair also?

blue eyes can pop with a variety of different blue shades, a brighter one will really do the work, just don't over do it. and Merle Norman's make some really good cover up that is approved by a lot of dermatologists, you should maybe try it if there's one in your area! it's always worked for me and my friends!
Alamay eyeliner look for the water proof stuff i absolutely luv it and for your blue eyes i would try browns they will make your eyes pop but you wont look like your trying to over do it ..umm the best stuff for zits i would use clearasil u can get it at walgreens and for your cover up i would try Dream matte Mouse it really soft for your skin and it doesnt clog ur pores as bad as most of the cover up out there and it shouldnt make you break out at all oh and i am pretty sure you can get that at walgreens too !!
Styli-Style Flat liner 24 is my favorite. My eyes water alot but this eyeliner still stays on all day.
For the anti zit stuff ';Natures Cure'; is pretty good.
you apply a cream directly on to your blemishes and
they're pretty much gone the next day.(you can get this at walmart)
Bare minerals works really good. Thats what i use
and it covers up really good, looks natural, and it doesn't irritate your skin.
best waterproof eyeliner: lineworks water proof liquid eyeliner [[maybelline]]
eyeshadow colors for blue eyes: creamy pastel pinks and loose powder chocolate browns
Acne solutions: proactiv is good, but you must order the system, not just the spot treatment, it will make your skin blotchy.
Best coverup: bare minerals is by far the beat, but for those who do not like simply loose powder, almay foundation is very good. Also, L'oreal true match is wonderful, but not as good for the skin.
wear brown eyeliner so its not so dark. brown eyeshadow makes blue eyes pop.
i like covergirl coverup.
remember less is more.
plus you won't get as much pimples if you wear less.
use oil free cover up and idk for eyeliner...i dont wear it in da pool so...yea and this is gonna sound weird but in seventeen they say that yellow really makes ur eyes pop so does green purple! (funky colors i kno!)
hope this helps!! :)
don't use cover girl. try physcian's formula and almay
