Also Any Good Eye Shadows with Shimmer to them?Good Makeup Looks with drugstore products..?
ELF eyeshadows are amazing, and they are available at any KMart, a few Big Lots, and some Targets.

They have some shimmery shadows, but they also have a couple matte non-shimmery colors. They are really high quality, and are GREAT if used over a primer.

L'Oreal HIP have some amazing, high-pigment shades and incredible shimmer. They also have a cream eyeshadow ';paint'; that comes in several amazing neutrals.

For a smoky eye, look for a loose powder and use a light touch. Physician's Formula has some amazing loose eyeliner that just makes the smoky eye a complete no-brainer... you can use it wet and dry, dump a little out and use an eyeliner brush or angled eyeliner brush, one product and you're done.

For a great smoky eye, I like to use a matte black shadow for a super edgy, almost goth look OR use a dark colour with a little shimmer of a different colour- Rimmel has these amazing eyeliners that are black with red, gold, blue, green, or purple shimmer in them. Those are AMAZING. I find that an eggplant colour shadow is also good for a smoky eye with a little punch to it.
