make up alley - www.makeupalley.com is fantastic. it only has reviews from members of the public who've used it. it covers pretty much every product i can thing of. you give each item a rating on overall, price, packaging and then say what u thought of it. you can easily spend hours on there, either looking up stuff u r considering buying or looking up the stuff u already own to see if other pple think it's as good / bad as u do...
well just think of the make up and the colours and just write it down.when i was 14 i wanted to make a make up website and i thought about the colours and the make up.
I've never really looked for a makeup website or have a list of needs, but the Barrym one has video clips of some lass from Newcastle giving step by step tutorials on how to apply different looks. I thought it was quite innovative
