Are these brands of makeup good?

i've heard of E.L.F. (eyeslipface) has anyone bought anything from there? and how good are their products





also, i love coastal scents but i've never tried their lip products. are they any good?





also i would appreciate if yall can give me a few more ideas to find cheap GOOD QUALITY makeup (:

NO. ELF is awful- it made my face blotchy and my eyes got red for 2 weeks afterwords. maybelline is good and cheap, and so is kirkland. There is a store called trade secret, and they have the best products and its very very cheap. go there all the time. they also have a hair salon in some places.Are these brands of makeup good?
ELF is good if youre not concerned about quality. they dont work as well as more expensive makeup, but what do you expect for a dollar a piece haha. i ordered from them a few times and most stuff worked great, but i wouldnt suggest buying the following items from them:





-creme eyeshadow because it just makes your eyes look dirty =P


-mascara because it dries up very quickly


-liquid eyeliner because it peels off as soon as it dries


-mineral face powder because it is so sheer that it doesnt really do anything to your skin


everything else, especially the makeup tools, work great!
I have bought quite a few things from E.L.F. %26amp; i like what i've bought from them. I love their mineral eye shadows, i have almost every color. I also love their makeup brushes, lip glosses, waterproof eye liner pen %26amp; quite a few of their new studio line products. I've never tried their foundations or powders because i'm not sure if those would be any good or not.

ok idk about those products you mentioned, but i love neutrogena products. it's pretty cheap and good quality and they sell it at drugstores like longs so it's easy to find. i have the healthy volume mascara and it looks wayy better than great lash and someother brands people i know use. also i love the moisture shine lip gloss
if you have ever read the e.l.f. ingredients it is NOT good at ALL!!!!! go with the physicians formula organic wear line, it 's drugstore price for great ingredient makeup!~:) www.organicwearmakeup.com


e.l.f. is filled with harsh chemicals and nasty fillers . beware...
E.L.F is alright if you have just begun with makeup since it's only a $1. Some other cheap (but good quality) makeup are: NYC and Covergirl.
Don't get any cheap makeup products made in China at the dollar stores. Keep with the known products: Covergirl, Revlon, etc. Don't take a chance on your skin being damaged!
Avon is the cheapest and best quality make up i have every used(:
