Revlon Color Stay or Max Factor Lasting Performance. You can get either one at Walmart. I have oily skin. And i use these two. Not together, but one day one and the next day the other. They are excellent because they dry on your skin and it stays that way. There is no oily feeling at all. The price is right on these make ups too. They are about 10 bucks each but they are very very well worth every dime. And they last a good while too!

i have the same problem but your not gonna find the answer at walmart. i use Sheer Cover. Bare Minerals is supposed to be good too. My neice tried the Loreal version at walmart and she disliked it so much i cant get her to try either of the above products, so don't try that one.
You won't find anything good at Wal Mart. All you buy is a bunch of fillers in those cheap brands. So everything will clog your pores from Wal Mart. All of it has talc, bismuth or oils. Sorry but that is the truth of the matter.

make up is one thing where what you pay for is what you get. bare minerals is amazing. I cant use liquids. And yes it may be more expensive but it doesn't go bad and will last you way longer. So in the long run it doesn't cost more. You can sleep in it and I wear it to the gym. if you aren't willing to pay for it, just stay away from liquids and wash your face before you go to bed with an oil free cleanser. I highly suggest face shop at Walgreen's.
Neutrogena Mineral sheers works great. Very light, not oil based and covers blemishes and discoloration but doesn't look like you're wearing a ton of make up.
You cant get it at Walmart, but Beauty Control make up is excellent. I too, have very oily skin and have found that Beauty control is water based and makes your complexion look flawless. It covers blemishes very well. There are several different shades, and you can get it for different skin types. Look online if you don't know anyone who sells it. If you cant find anyone who does, and you want to try it, then send me a message and we'll arrange something.... my mom sells it in her beauty shop.
