Good makeup techinques.?

my hair is just below shoulderr length. and i have dyed black hair.

i am light skinned.

i don't no what to do for my oily skin however i want my eyes to stand out without using eyeshadow also i need a good foundation/power/blushers techinques.Good makeup techinques.?
Use a oil based cleanser twice morning and night this will help fight the oiliness of your skin follow with an toner and oil free moisturiser. Always start with your eyes take a cheap concealer blend it all over the eye lid then set it with loose powder you will then take a liquid eyeliner line the top of your top eyelash taking it out a little bit to create a cat eye effect then you apply a white eyeliner to the tear line of your lower lashes curl the top lashes and apply 2 coats of volume mascara. you will then take prep and prime by mac you only need 1 pump and apply it like you would moisturiser then with a sponge or foundation brush you will take 2 pumps of your foundation like Mac's Select spf 15 foundation and put a dot on your fore head, nose, cheeks and chin and if your using a sponge apply a spray or 2 of water on the sponge then blend out. After this you will apply Mac's blot powder to set it and then you will take a peachy toned blush like Mac's PeachyKeen and apply it to the apples of your cheeks. Finally apply a nude lip gloss to finish the look **only selected mac as it is what I use on photo shoots for a fresh glowing skin look**Good makeup techinques.?
Hm, well i think purple eyes look gorgeous on black hair.

I'll give you a step by step tutorial on how to achieve a nice look.

1. Make sure you have washed all your previous makeup off, you could even cleanse tone and moisturise if you wish, (i use the simple one)

2. Firstly, apply your desired foundation, make sure it's blended well. If you want a nice light foundation, use mineral foundation.

3. If you have any, use a primer for on your eyes. Something like urban decay primer potion, this helps to keep your eyemakeup on, stay vibrant and no creasing.

4. Start with a nice lilac colour base. You could use a creamy jumbo eye pencil or anything like that, apply it all over your lid until you reach the crease.

5. Apply a lilac colour from the centre of your lid, to your inner corner.

6.Apply a slightly darker colour by applying at the crease area.

7. Curl your eyelashes with eyelash curlers, (i think they work really well)

8. Apply your mascara, i reccomend maybelline xxl lash, double ended mascara.

9. Apply eyeliner if desired

10. Take a blusher brush, and dust some blusher on the apples of your cheeks, cheekbones. (try sucking your face in to find your cheekbones)

11. Finish with a nice nude pink lipgloss

Hope this helps!
You could use pencil eyeliner or liquid which will give your eyes outline and definition. also by using mascara you can add volume to your eyelashes. or simply use fake eyelashes which can be glued on.

Also Maybelline or Lorel have good foundation for oily skin which i would recommend.

if you apply your foundation first to a fresh face and rub in gently then if you are using bronzer apply to your cheekbones only. and with blusher, and apply to your cheeks. Then after apply a little powder to keep it all in.

hope this helps
If you want your eyes to stand out use a liquid eyeliner, experiment yourself in different ways to use it. or use a pencil eyeliner with a smudger to give your eyes a more subtle but noticeable outline.

or use a really good maximising mascara with eyelash curlers.

you should go down to your nearest boots or whatever cosmetics counter and ask someone for assistance, thats what i did when i started using make up and they give you really good advice on the best colours and things for your face and tips on how to apply.
lol you sound A lot like me!

for my oily skin i cleanse tone but only moisturise my cheeks. i have a very oily T-zone. i also try to use a paraben free moisturizer as it is much better for the skin.

as for my eyes, i have green/hazel eyes... so i use the colors purple, green, and brown neutral colors. my technique (i have almond shape large eyes) i go from the lighter shade on the inner eye to the darker shade on the outer to bring my eyes out. put a bit of white eyeshadow under you eyebrow.

for blush i do a';figure 3'; from above my temple deep into my cheek bone and along my jaw line. works a treat.

hope i helped.
heyy billie:D, well personally. i would say, keeeeep what you do everyday it looks nicee and good on youu
