Whats a good makeup style?

I'm going to a party and i need some help...Whats a good makeup style?
keep it natural if you glam up your eyes go nude on your lips with a little gloss. or play up your lips with a lipcolor and go light on the eye color never do both at the same time you want to look like yourself not like a clown. For a party i would smoke up the eyes with light shadow all over the eyes and then apply dark color on your lid and then apply eyeliner on top and bottem and two coats of mascara on lashes go with waterproof so you wont have to worry about smudging.And then add a nude shimmer gloss.
